We all know that a dog's development is tremendously faster than human beings. Whatever age your dog is you basically multiply that by 7. So can you imagine how long it feels for them when you leave them alone at home ? Even though we would love to stay at home with our dogs forever, we cant. My 13.5 year old girl (lab) leaps out of the car when we arrive for her play group twice a week. She can't wait to get inside & greet the workers. She throughly enjoys her time there. I especially like being able to watch her on the video feed. She comes home literally dog tired. By the time we get home, which is a mere 5 miles she's snoring in her crate. I have been taking the dogs to the Redwood City location for about 3 years for daycare and boarding. We have a very active young Golden Retriever and a Westie puppy. The staff are, simply put, fantastic with the dogs! The pups look forward to going and always wag their tails fiercely when they spot their favorite staff members. That's a great indicator of pup satisfaction and I am always grateful that they come home tired and happy. The special events are also great fun for the pets. There are so many good things about the Redwood City location I genuinely have nothing bad or concerning to share. At the end of a full day at camp, our pupperoni comes home relaxed and rejuvenated followed by a peaceful sleep throughout the night! He greets the Wag staff with a welcoming paw and nods his head to say thank you, I'll see you again soon. This is by far the BEST location! I have had such great experiences at the Redwood City grooming department! Liz is so kind, loves our dog and I feel totally comfortable and at ease leaving him with her. She rocks!

Firstly, I have been taking my pups to Wag for over 5 years. When we got our second pup, we did the puppy social and it was an amazing experience! When we went to Japan, we did the board and train, again amazing! The team here actually care about your animals. They treat them like their own and give them so much love! I feel like the Wag staff are part of our family! The special play groups and fun activities for the dogs are great if your dog is social. A friend recommended this place for my dog, and I am so happy with the care my pup had. I was able to see him in his room, play with other dogs and when I called to check up on him they provided me with a lot of information. I don't tend to leave my pup anywhere, but I feel at ease knowing that he is in good hands when I leave for my next business trip. Good job everyone!

I've only brought my dog here a few times, but the time I've Come here we've had the best experience. I took them recently and they made cute ornaments with her paw print for our tree.

I am beyond thankful for the staff that took care of my puppy . Reservation was easy to make, my puppy had a great time and I was able to go back to work knowing he was in great hands. I recommend everyone who has a furry dog or cat to bring them here, you will not regret it!
