I had to board my 10 yr old terrier in an emergency. He normally has a sitter (yes I am that dog mom lol) but he was not available. I was so happy with the customer service and how at ease they made me feel when dropping of my pup. I was able to check on him with no problems. Picked him up after a few days and was very happy with the check out process. Besides the app being a little wonky here and there, i was happy overall. I would definitely board again.

We were happy with our recent (and first time) boarding experience over the holidays. The online reservation system is a little bit cumbersome but the staff were courteous, prompt, and flexible during check-in and check-out.

We just had our 1 year old stay at Wags for 5 days in a deluxe suite. We really appreciated the camera in his suite and signed him up for all day play during his stay. The cameras were helpful for us to check in our little guy. He seemed to have a fun. Every time we called, the staff updated us on how he was doing. Paul was especially informative on how he was doing. We had an urgent situation that required us to use Wag Hotels for boarding for four nights. It was the first time we have been away from our 10 month old puppy. We were distraught and very worried about leaving him for the first time. Wag Hotels was great and we are now happily back with our puppy. They accommodated us and it was so reassuring to be able to get phone updates while we were away. We had a few hiccups with the website but called and someone nice called me back. For some context we are evacuated from our home in South Lake Tahoe and have been living in a hotel room with two teenagers and two dogs for 10 days now. So we just needed a break for the day. My experience was great. I boarded my Frenchie puppy Gigi for 3 days, 2 nights last week. She was in a deluxe suite. I think she was well cared for and enjoyed the play area all day. She was a bit sad the first night because she's used to sleeping with her human. But she got used to it. When I came to get her, the young man knew who she was, and said how much they all loved her. She was healthy and happy, although understandably tired after 3 days of long play days!

I recently was panicking trying to find a place to take my dog because the place i usually take him was full but after picking him up i fell in love with this place and will bring my dog back whenever I have work trips. The gentlemen Rafael was delicate with my dog and so welcoming when I came back, he even remembered my name. A def try for anyone with dogs!
I brought my dog in for the first time a couple weeks ago and the staff was super friendly. Love the way Rafael interacts with the dogs, will definitely continue bringing my dog back!
This place is amazing, shout out to Rafael i always see him engaging with the dogs and has great Customer service. Totally recommend!
