This Wag Hotel is in an excellent central location in Mission Valley and the largest dog daycare/hotel I have visited. Wag fits a lot of the criteria I was looking for, including ample parking, clean, staff on-site 24/7 and an added plus are the different suites available for overnights. Couldn't love this place more. They make my pup feel the love every time I bring him in. Even when it's been months in between, someone always yells "hi Emmett" as we walk in the door. Couldn't love them more!

so we've been trying this place for it's very great. The service is absolutely amazing. They take care of your dog. They send pictures of your dog. They feed your dog. They do everything that you would do to support your dog you go to work or go to or wherever you wanna go in San Diego there's plenty of wags everywhere.

We absolutely love Wag Hotels San Diego and couldn't be happier with the care they provide. The staff knows my girls by name the moment they walk in, which makes us feel so welcome and valued. They get so excited as soon as we pull up and can't wait to run inside. It's clear the team truly cares about the dogs and treats them like family. Wag is a great place for doggie daycare. Our dog loves to go, although at almost 8 years old, he doesn't play with the other dogs as much as he used to. Now he walks around and observes and will play intermittently.

Medusa had her grooming done at Wags Hotel and Rita delivered an outstanding experience. She understood exactly what I wanted for Medusa's cut and the result was perfect. Her gentle handling made a big difference because Medusa is usually anxious but she came out comfortable and happy. The visit was smooth from start to finish. I will be booking with Rita again!

This was our first time boarding dogs with Wag, and we were very pleased with the attention given to our pack during their stay. We enjoyed watching the Wagcam, and we really appreciate the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Their attention to detail are commendable, and the prices are very fair. Wag helped us enjoy our vacation to its fullest without worrying about our dogs.

This hotel is great. I feel like my dogs are safe and well cared for. My only issue is my dogs are no longer allowed to be in suites because of a damaged camera. I feel the camera should be placed in a higher position so dogs that jump can't reach them. I know there are many cameras that other dogs have reached and destroyed. The suite package is less expensive since it includes all day play and peanut butter kong. I feel like we shouldn't be punished due to poor placement of the suite cameras.

I brought my dogs here for a quick trip and chose the suite package so I could check in on them. Unfortunately, there were some camera issues during their stay. I called to get it fixed, and the team tried to help, but I wasn't able to access the cameras the whole time, which took away that extra peace of mind.
