Me and pup have been coming to Wags for 7 years. We do doggy daycare and boarding. Lily loves it here and the staff love her. They are always so welcoming, especially Carlos!!! I always know she is in good hands!

What an amazing place! I left my dogs here over the weekend and I must say I was very impressed with the quality of care and as well as how clean the place is! (Especially for being a dog hotel!) I registered my dogs via the Wag Hotels app that they have you download, submitted my vaccinations and was ready to make reservations in no time. The manager Jill is AWESOME!!! Before my wife and I went on vacation we searched everywhere for the right resort to leave our dog for a week. We chose Wag because of how comfortable Jill made my wife and I feel. She gave us a tour of the facility and showed us the care they give their animals. We will definitely come back. Thank you!!

I love it here! The staff is so friendly and deserve all the praise they can get. Unfortunately, I've witnessed them deal with some pretty nasty customers. They take it in stride., but I know from personal experience that this is a difficult industry to work in, and I commend them. They ROCK and deserve all of the appreciation! Plus, my dogs, Flower and Cooperton, LOVE them!

To begin, I want to start off by saying overall I don't recommend Wag Hotels for my personal needs as a dog owner, and here's why. Originally, I wanted to find a place that offered daycare services for my german shepherd who's about a year and a half old and a rescue. We've been doing lots of training, but on some of my busier days I wanted to give her an opportunity to hang with a bunch of pups her size all day long! This was our 1st time leaving our 5th family member, Mabel at Wag Hotel. Like most people, we read all the reviews before leaving our 9 month old English Bulldog puppy here to make sure the feedback was good. Well I'm happy to report Wag Hotel was awesome! We got to see our pup on their camera whenever we wanted and she was happy and safe. Ricky was awesome and extended himself to whatever we needed. This place is a life saver. Our pup spends the day playing while I work. I feel she is safe and well cared for. They have cameras that allow me to watch my dog while she's playing. We just left her here for Easter and watched her on the cameras. She was having so much fun playing with the other dogs. Rather than kenneling your dog at home , take them here . When my pup comes home she's so tired she eats and goes right to bed. This is a great investment for both you and your dog.

Rita is an amazing dog groomer! Not only does she take the time to get to know us but our dogs as well. She's kind & gentle. Does an AMAZING job at grooming from the wash to the grooming. Such a great feeling to know your babies are in good hands and loving the results when you pick them up. Ask for Rita!
