Our cannonball of a pup, Platano, a frenetic and mostly tireless 4.5 year old shelter terrier mix loves going to Wag so much that he bursts out if the car and races to the door the second we arrive. It's easy to see why. They go above and beyond to create an enriching and exciting experience for the pups and the folks who work here are genuine and sincere. My dog has been coming here for daycare for the past month and she absolutely loves it here! We buy the 20 pack, which is such a great deal, and allows you late arrival and late pick up, which is a lifesaver during those days where I have to stay overtime at work. Second time at Wags San Diego for our fur-baby Nirvana. This time it was a longer stay and I am Very Grateful we decided to leave her there! Staff is very attentive and super quick to respond to our emails, as Nirvana is a "difficult" customer we had been checking on her frequently. All of my emails were always responded to promptly and we were given very honest feedback. I've been taking my dog-hter here for doggy daycare for about a year, and we are both very happy! This is the third daycare I've used as one closed and the other places's hours didn't match up with my work schedule. Wag is great as you definitely get more bang for your buck. I get my girl the monthly All Day Play package and it's cheaper than I paid elsewhere but you also get additional perks like a free bath every month, Wellness Wednesdays and they do fun things like arts and crafts- super cute! This is by far my favorite place to take my 3 year old Havanes, Boden. We use Wag hotel for daycare almost everyday while I work long hours and for boarding when my family and I go on weekend trips. Their grooming services are exceptional as well. It is pretty neat that you can view your fur baby on their their live stream while they are in daycare. I have been using Wag for over a year for their daycare services and my pup, Dani, loves spending time there. I drop her off when I head to work and I always feel confident she is in good hands. The drop off and pick up process is quick and straightforward (and filled with pets and belly rubs from the staff). I like that I am able to check-in on Dani using their daycare cameras. I have used wag hotel for a few months now for grooming services. I don't usually leave reviews, but the service is absolutely wonderful! I wish I got the groomers name for reference, but she came out to meet me and my dog before the groom, and made sure she knew exactly how I wanted him to have his haircut. I was so impressed when I picked him up! He looks so cute, she shortened his coat and left his tail nice and fluffy. Our dogs love coming here to get to play while we're away on trips. It's comforting to know we can check in on them via the webcam! Carlos was super helpful, kind and enthusiastic. Definitely coming back here in the future!!!
