This is by far my favorite place to take my 3 year old Havanes, Boden. We use Wag hotel for daycare almost everyday while I work long hours and for boarding when my family and I go on weekend trips. Their grooming services are exceptional as well. It is pretty neat that you can view your fur baby on their their live stream while they are in daycare. I have been using Wag for over a year for their daycare services and my pup, Dani, loves spending time there. I drop her off when I head to work and I always feel confident she is in good hands. The drop off and pick up process is quick and straightforward (and filled with pets and belly rubs from the staff). I like that I am able to check-in on Dani using their daycare cameras. I have used wag hotel for a few months now for grooming services. I don't usually leave reviews, but the service is absolutely wonderful! I wish I got the groomers name for reference, but she came out to meet me and my dog before the groom, and made sure she knew exactly how I wanted him to have his haircut. I was so impressed when I picked him up! He looks so cute, she shortened his coat and left his tail nice and fluffy. Our dogs love coming here to get to play while we're away on trips. It's comforting to know we can check in on them via the webcam! Carlos was super helpful, kind and enthusiastic. Definitely coming back here in the future!!!
After adopting our dog we quickly realized she had debilitating separation anxiety. Although we've done a lot of work to get her okay to leave for a few hours at a time- sometimes it's best for everyone to just bring her to Wag! She's ALWAYS gets so excited to see the staff and they are just as happy to see her arrive. Especially Ashley, Ricky and Carlos! She loves all day play and we love getting to check in and watch her play via their cameras. Highly recommend using Wag for day care and boarding!
I drop my dog, Kobe here twice a week and the staff has always been friendly and consistent. I always feel like I can trust them with making sure Kobe doesn't get hurt and constantly being cared for. Thanks to the team who always put in their maximum effort for my fur child!
This place is great! They know my pet by name and really treat him like part of the family! Extremely welcoming and accommodating. They really give me peace of mind that my pet will be taken care of. Great place. 10/10 would recommend
Wag Hotels was our saving grace when our dog Baldr was having a hard time adjusting to both of us going back to work. They took their time with him and he went from one on one to daily all day play with all the dogs! They work with us and are flexible to Baldr's mood. Wag has been awesome with my anxious and shy pup. Their team has really worked with her at daycare - you can tell that everyone who works here is whole heartedly invested in caring for dogs. I really appreciate that the dogs at daycare are supervised by at least one attendant (if not more), which is not the case at all places we've tried. We've also had great experiences with their grooming services. In summary - I highly suggest Wag!
