Love the service and options here for dog boarding. We have boarded our two dogs here on many occasions, and all have been great. My dogs are excited to get dropped off here and the staff takes wonderful care of them. It gives me peace of mind when traveling.

My Goldendoodle is about 3 years old and has been coming since a puppy. He always has a great time when he's there whether it's for playtime or staying overnight. I did go to Petsmart La Jolla and El Cajon the last few times when me and my partner went out of town. Each time we had another horrible experience at Petsmart. I've used Wag hotels in San Diego several times to board my cat and have had great experiences each time. They were able to administer his medications and sent me updates/photos regularly throughout his stays. I felt like the staff took wonderful care of him. I also like the security of staff being present 24/7, which also allows flexible drop off/pick up times as an added incentive.

My dog LOVES it here! He always comes home super tired and I do not feel bad about having to work all day. His best friend is Cooper, I am so glad they got to meet and become besties. My only complaint is that it smells like urine a lot or bleach-covered urine. I wish they would clean with something less harsh smelling.

We apologize that although we do our best to clean and get rid of the smell throughout the day, sometimes it is a losing battle. We can assure you, however, that we do not use bleach regularly and we opt for a more pet friendly alternative when cleaning as the safety of our guests is top priority. Thank you for your feedback! So glad we have an option like Wag available to us. Our little puppy is still working his way through fierce separation anxiety, so leaving him on the days we have to go to the office was stressful for us and even more so for him. With Wag, we know he's taken care of while we're at the office, and that he's getting time to be with other dogs and people. And extra bonus: he's tired out from all the playing! All Day Play is a genius plan, and gives us ease of mind. Cannot recommend enough!

I highly recommend SD Wag Hotel as my bulldog has gone to doggie daycare for over a year. Everyone knows the dog and he is well cared for. The staff is available 24/7 and the suites have cameras so you can check in on your dog or call in to speak with a person.

Wag is such a great place for boarding, day care and grooming for my little girl! Nick and his staff treat my fur baby like she's theirs! If she is not eating the 1st day or two, they will call to see if they can add something to meal to entice her to eat (water, broth, rice, pumpkin, etc.) and they truly care about the well-being of all their guests. Wag Hotels has been amazing for my two aussies. I work a crazy schedule and they are always so helpful with making sure my girls are well cared for when my husband and I are busy with work. My dogs absolutely love it there. They start barking as soon as they realize they are almost to day care then sprint out of the car to the front door every time.
