Our dog loves it here! She always comes home happy and exhausted and loves playing with all the pups. Boarding is easy and the packages and hours are perfect for us. The staff is so nice and they are passionate about animals!

I've been bringing my fur baby here for all day play for years, never had any issues. It's great to be able to have a place where the entire staff (both tenured and new) actually show they sincerely care about what they do and for my boy. It's a load off my mind when I have to travel out of town to know my boy's in a place where he'll be cared for as if he was at home. Wag hotels is fabulous. My pup is so happy there. The staff is so friendly and give my fur baby all the cuddles. If I'm running late, I call and they take care of her. If she needs that extra evening walk, I can add that on last minute no problem. She was sick during the day, I thought I had to leave work. I left my dog, Charlie, at the San Diego Wag Hotel for two weeks and the team did a wonderful job taking care of him. I loved watching him on the Wagcam everyday during All Day Play. He was happy and perfectly himself when I picked him up. The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and reply to email very quickly. I am 100000% comfortable leaving Charlie with this team anytime. Thank you for taking such good care of him while we were gone!
Left my two beloved dogs there for two nights and my expectations were 100% met. I got the Camera link shortly after drop off. I was able to call and speak with someone at any time of the day. I got my dogs the best suite available. It is expensive but in my opinion worth it. If I have to leave my dogs overnight again I will forward them here.
Our cannonball of a pup, Platano, a frenetic and mostly tireless 4.5 year old shelter terrier mix loves going to Wag so much that he bursts out if the car and races to the door the second we arrive. It's easy to see why. They go above and beyond to create an enriching and exciting experience for the pups and the folks who work here are genuine and sincere. My dog has been coming here for daycare for the past month and she absolutely loves it here! We buy the 20 pack, which is such a great deal, and allows you late arrival and late pick up, which is a lifesaver during those days where I have to stay overtime at work. The staff are all so friendly and great with the dogs. My pup goes absolutely crazy when she sees them! I also really appreciate their wagcam. It's so fun watching them play all day long.
