I found wag hotels online when searching for a boarding center that accepted dogs that are not yet neutered. My boyfriend and I were going on a last minute trip and needed to book something within the day. Originally I booked at the Long Beach location but then came to find out they didn't have the room I needed. I called to change the reservation and waited about 10 mins for a call back. We are so thankful to have found Wag Hotel Daycare! It has truly exceeded all our expectations! My wife and I were thrilled to see how much fun Cooper had with all of his friends and we were comforted knowing he was in the absolute best care. It's awesome because I'm also able to see him playing on the their camera which is great quality video camera. We would highly recommend Wag Hotel to anyone.

great spot for the dogs to play! 24/7 hours which is nice for shift work. lots of options for add ons

LOVE THIS PLACE. It takes my dog a lot to get comfortable but she seems to be comfortable here :) She also seems to be a lot more social with other dogs ever since she started coming to daycare here. The staff is friendly as well so that's an absolute plus.

Our dog loves it here! She always comes home happy and exhausted and loves playing with all the pups. Boarding is easy and the packages and hours are perfect for us. The staff is so nice and they are passionate about animals!

I've been bringing my fur baby here for all day play for years, never had any issues. It's great to be able to have a place where the entire staff (both tenured and new) actually show they sincerely care about what they do and for my boy. It's a load off my mind when I have to travel out of town to know my boy's in a place where he'll be cared for as if he was at home. And when he goes for a play day, I don't have to worry if he'll like it or not...whether it's the greeting from the staff he gets when we walk in or the excit... read more

Wag hotels is fabulous. My pup is so happy there. The staff is so friendly and give my fur baby all the cuddles. If I'm running late, I call and they take care of her. If she needs that extra evening walk, I can add that on last minute no problem. She was sick during the day, I thought I had to leave work. They told me don't worry she's in a room and we are looking after her and that she's resting. I was so happy and felt she was very safe. Ms. Ashley is so sweet, caring and very understanding.
