We love Wags for all day play! Rover gets some social play time and I know he is safe and always taken care of!

LOVE THIS PLACE. It takes my dog a lot to get comfortable but she seems to be comfortable here :) She also seems to be a lot more social with other dogs ever since she started coming to daycare here. The staff is friendly as well so that's an absolute plus.

Our dog loves it here! She always comes home happy and exhausted and loves playing with all the pups. Boarding is easy and the packages and hours are perfect for us. The staff is so nice and they are passionate about animals!

I've been bringing my fur baby here for all day play for years, never had any issues. It's great to be able to have a place where the entire staff (both tenured and new) actually show they sincerely care about what they do and for my boy. It's a load off my mind when I have to travel out of town to know my boy's in a place where he'll be cared for as if he was at home. And when he goes for a play day, I don't have to worry if he'll like it or not...whether it's the greeting from the staff he gets when we walk in or the excit... read more

Wag hotels is fabulous. My pup is so happy there. The staff is so friendly and give my fur baby all the cuddles. If I'm running late, I call and they take care of her. If she needs that extra evening walk, I can add that on last minute no problem. She was sick during the day, I thought I had to leave work. They told me don't worry she's in a room and we are looking after her and that she's resting. I was so happy and felt she was very safe. Ms. Ashley is so sweet, caring and very understanding. I left my dog, Charlie, at the San Diego Wag Hotel for two weeks and the team did a wonderful job taking care of him. I loved watching him on the Wagcam everyday during All Day Play. He was happy and perfectly himself when I picked him up. The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and reply to email very quickly. I am 100000% comfortable leaving Charlie with this team anytime. Thank you for taking such good care of him while we were gone!
Left my two beloved dogs there for two nights and my expectations were 100% met. I got the Camera link shortly after drop off. I was able to call and speak with someone at any time of the day. I got my dogs the best suite available. It is expensive but in my opinion worth it. If I have to leave my dogs overnight again I will forward them here.
