I left my dog, Charlie, at the San Diego Wag Hotel for two weeks and the team did a wonderful job taking care of him. I loved watching him on the Wagcam everyday during All Day Play. He was happy and perfectly himself when I picked him up. The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and reply to email very quickly. I am 100000% comfortable leaving Charlie with this team anytime. Thank you for taking such good care of him while we were gone!

Left my two beloved dogs there for two nights and my expectations were 100% met. I got the Camera link shortly after drop off. I was able to call and speak with someone at any time of the day. I got my dogs the best suite available. It is expensive but in my opinion worth it. If I have to leave my dogs overnight again I will forward them here.

Our cannonball of a pup, Platano, a frenetic and mostly tireless 4.5 year old shelter terrier mix loves going to Wag so much that he bursts out if the car and races to the door the second we arrive. It's easy to see why. They go above and beyond to create an enriching and exciting experience for the pups and the folks who work here are genuine and sincere. My dog has been coming here for daycare for the past month and she absolutely loves it here! We buy the 20 pack, which is such a great deal, and allows you late arrival and late pick up, which is a lifesaver during those days where I have to stay overtime at work. The staff are all so friendly and great with the dogs. My pup goes absolutely crazy when she sees them! I also really appreciate their wagcam. It's so fun watching them play all day long. Second time at Wags San Diego for our fur-baby Nirvana. This time it was a longer stay and I am Very Grateful we decided to leave her there! Staff is very attentive and super quick to respond to our emails, as Nirvana is a "difficult" customer we had been checking on her frequently. All of my emails were always responded to promptly and we were given very honest feedback. I've been taking my dog-hter here for doggy daycare for about a year, and we are both very happy! This is the third daycare I've used as one closed and the other places's hours didn't match up with my work schedule. Wag is great as you definitely get more bang for your buck. I get my girl the monthly All Day Play package and it's cheaper than I paid elsewhere but you also get additional perks like a free bath every month, Wellness Wednesdays and they do fun things like arts and crafts- super cute!
