I'll share the things I liked and didn't like. PROS: Our rescue pup is an escape artist that can jump high so by force, we really needed Wag hotel because they are fully enclosed inside. I'm glad they're set up that way so we could finally enjoy our overdue vacation in peace. I also liked that they offered a camera view when he was in the main play area. It was my first time to board my dog at the San Diego location. We used to go to another location but bec i had to attend a conference in SD, i thought of boarding my dog there to be closer to him. I was very anxious thinking he might not do well but my worries were allayed. He was happy, even meet a girlfriend Coco and was eating well. The staff genuinely cared for him and were very attentive to both our needs. Thank you for taking care of Jasper.

They were great! Jaime was very helpful in setting up my app so I could see my boy. I loved that I could pick him up after my work dinner. He seemed happy to be there. I also can use my package from LA, which is wonderful. All in all, it was a great experience. Thank you for taking care of my baby!

Great staff and they take thoughtful care of our dog. Our dog Wrigley is loving, but very timid and can be difficult. The staff are loving and caring to her and she loves going there.

First time to board my dog Gracie. I will never go anywhere else. Supportive, understanding staff that genuinely love animals and their jobs. Gracie stayed for 3 nights, was beyond taken care of and made me calm. THANK YOU!!!

We have been taking our 2 golden retrievers there for about 2 years, for boarding and now grooming. We have been very pleased with the grooming results. Our dogs always seem happy to be there. We would recommend this location.

Our mini golden doodle had a three night stay. He's still much a puppy and reactive but played his ass off. Did the stay plus the all day play. Great staff. Loved watching him interact on the nanny cam while we were away.

Carl has joined the daycare pack for the last 6 months and has absolutely loved it! He is arguably one of the largest dogs at Wag, but when I watch the cameras, he's laying on his back letting "smaller" (80 pound labs lol) dogs jump all over him. This place continues to be a godsend as I work at a new hospital with both inpatient and outpatient hours. They are the most flexible daycare, open 7 days per week, with the longest daytime hours. I cannot say enough good things about the Wag Hotel of San Diego. The staff is so friendly and wonderful, and they all really love dogs, which is what you want in a doggy daycare. This is his home away from home and I always feel comfortable leaving him with with the staff of Wags. I had previously reviewed the business before, but never updated my review when the new manager Ricky was promoted, who is also my dog's favorite person at daycare.
