Every visit to Wag Hotels San Diego reminds me why I love this place so much. From daycare to boarding, the staff has always been so kind, gentle, and genuinely happy to see my pup. They go above and beyond, know her by name, shower her with love, and take amazing care of her. For doggy day care, I always get the All Day Play so that my furbaby can socialize with other doggies, especially since she's our only dog and is only used to our cats. The staff is consistently kind and caring to us and to our furry kids. Our dogs enjoy interacting in an open space with other dogs at "all day play".

Thank you WAG for always taking great care of my wild and sweet boy Major. I have tried other daycares and have been told that we could not return due to behavior issues. At WAG hotel in San Diego the staff has been amazing and is willing to work with us and Major's behavior. I'll share the things I liked and didn't like. PROS: Our rescue pup is an escape artist that can jump high so by force, we really needed Wag hotel because they are fully enclosed inside. I'm glad they're set up that way so we could finally enjoy our overdue vacation in peace. I also liked that they offered a camera view when he was in the main play area. It was my first time to board my dog at the San Diego location. We used to go to another location but bec i had to attend a conference in SD, i thought of boarding my dog there to be closer to him. I was very anxious thinking he might not do well but my worries were allayed. He was happy, even meet a girlfriend Coco and was eating well. The staff genuinely cared for him and were very attentive to both our needs. Thank you for taking care of Jasper.

They were great! Jaime was very helpful in setting up my app so I could see my boy. I loved that I could pick him up after my work dinner. He seemed happy to be there. I also can use my package from LA, which is wonderful. All in all, it was a great experience. Thank you for taking care of my baby!

Great staff and they take thoughtful care of our dog. Our dog Wrigley is loving, but very timid and can be difficult. The staff are loving and caring to her and she loves going there.

First time to board my dog Gracie. I will never go anywhere else. Supportive, understanding staff that genuinely love animals and their jobs. Gracie stayed for 3 nights, was beyond taken care of and made me calm. THANK YOU!!!
