This place is amazing, I wouldn't trust any place else to take care of my dog Murphy. The staff here are attentive and friendly. I bring my dog all the time for day stays but had to board him for the first time. I have never left him overnight before but felt comfortable leaving him here. They have a Webcam where you can check on your pet to see how they are doing. With the holidays coming up I would definitely trust them with your dog.
Great place for pets first time is free easy to book your animal with them they have playtime three times a day for 30 minutes and check on them every hour

The staff are so genuine and kind to my dog. They're efficient and I think most importantly responsible and kind to our dogs. I look forward to getting my daily pic of my dog every time I drop her off :) especially the ones that show how much they love her!!

Introduced our babies to Wag last week for a few days of day care, and then a 3 day weekend for boarding. The staff there are attentive, the facilities are great, and I felt like our dogs were safe and cared for extremely well. I highly recommend this facility. We did receive a phone call that they were not eating well, which is typical in a new environment...but by the third day, they were doing very well. Amazing service! Dropped my two dogs there for their day care and thought it was such an easy process! You go in, check them in with some stuff you have and then you come back when you're ready (like all things) My dogs are kinda of reactive so when I told them - it was easy to have them in a separate room! We brought some food for them, toys, and they actually remove the collars/leashes for safety I think. Easy to reach and my dogs were happy to see me.

I'm a little disappointed with this business. We were at Bark and Brews and visited their tent there. The lady at the booth was really friendly. we have a senior dog with mobility issues. He was with us. We explained his issues and our concerns, she stated that they would be able to handle our needs and invited us to visit the facility. We visited the next day. I've used Wag pet hotels before in Northern California and they were great! So I was glad to see they have a location here in San Diego. I usually like to keep my little guy more in a home care situation, but when you can't do that or have to have your pet in an extended stay so you can have a nice long extended vacation, look no further for the perfect place for your beloved pet to stay! INCREDIBLE LOCATION TO BRING YOUR DOGS whether it is for all day play (day care) or boarding (overnight stay)! I brought my 1 year old dog here ever since I've adopted him and he seems to have a great time every time he visits! He experiences separation anxiety and general anxiety however it is always great to see he socializes with other dogs and the staff!
