Two years ago, after careful research of several different doggie daycares in Northern and Central San Diego, I decided to place my beautiful young Siberian Husky/German Sheppard mix in the capable hands of Wag Hotel in Mission Valley. The Staff there were nothing but kind and informative during the tour. They kindly accommodated a second tour for my daughter to also see the facility. The staff is SO personal and loves what they do and it shows in everything! My dog goes daily and they post pictures of him playing on my app every day with a sweet comment! This is by far the best daycare for dogs! I have been to a few. They offer everything and go out of their way to make you feel like you're not abandoning your dog on someone else when you have to work!! I LOVE the staff and the facility offerings. I wish I could give 10 stars!

FRIENDLY STAFF, OUR PUPPY RUNS TO THE DOOR TO ENTER. Our 7-month old puppy goes to Wag doggy daycare approximately once per week. The staff is pleasant and returns our calls. We like the Wag camera that allows us to watch our puppy, who comes home tired. When our car pulls up Wag, our puppy jumps and whines so that she can enter as quickly as possible. We appreciate the clean rooms and different equipment they put of for the dogs, including slides, play tunnels, and raised beds.

First off I want to start by saying this place has changed my Life. My stubborn yet Lovable Husky pup has severe separation anxiety. I travel a lot for work so I've tried many of pet hotels across the country and none of them have made me or my pup feel valued. Wag Hotels is the only place that I can sleep peacefully knowing my dog is well taken care of. We've been taking Bo to Wag for a couple months now, and have had great experiences EVERY time! He loves it; from the moment we enter the parking lot, he goes crazy! They take such great care of him, Sam is always so happy to take care of him! We love Wag!!

I've taken my pitty/lab mix and my new puppy beagle & they both enjoy daycare! For my pitty she gets a little too excited so playgroups is great for her to run around and get a break! & my 4 month old puppy Iris has so much fun with all her friends in All Day Play! I love the activities they have for the dogs to make it extra special! They take such good care of all the fur babies that attend!

My boyfriend and I trusted Wag with our German Shepherd puppy from the age of 10 weeks. Wag was one of the only places near us that had puppy socialization during COVID and for a great deal! We also have sent our dog there for several daycare sessions. The staff was always very friendly and kept the play areas clean and safe for all the dogs. We also appreciated the live video feed. My fiancé and I went away together for the weekend and it was the first time we had to leave our pug, Ernie, at a dog hotel while we were away so I was very anxious about it. Wag Hotels was very clean and the staff were friendly. I liked being able to see Ernie on the cameras during playtime and getting daily updates through the app on how he was going. Ernie had a great time and it set me at ease knowing he was being taken good care of. Would definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I were going out of town for 2 nights and 1 day. We needed a place for our English bulldog Rolex to stay. We've used Wag Hotels for daycare multiple times, but this would be the first time leaving Rolex over night. We had anxiety thinking of how he'd react spending the night away from us and home.
