My puppy, Rocky stayed all day on Saturday. I picked him up and was told that it is free for first time customers for a second day too. I couldn't believe this is free without a catch. Sure enough the second day I picked up Rocky and was told it was free. They even cleaned Rocky after he had an upset stomach. That extra care makes me think they really care about animals. I will definitely use them all the time.

Our high energy lab absolutely loves Wag!! Let's be honest, my husband and I love them too as Cali usually comes home tired from all her playing! The staff always showed they loved Cali as much as we do! We absolutely love the creative activities they come up with to keep things interesting for the pups! Great place for boarding, daycare, and spa.

My husband, pup and I LOVE Wag!! The workers are so friendly and always remember our pups name and greet him! He loves going to see his friends (staff & pups alike) and will try to jump out of the car when we get into the parking lot! And we love watching him play with his friends through the live feeds they provide, especially when we have tough days in the office. They host seasonal camps & puppy proms, which we love. This review is long overdue. This place has changed my life and more importantly Frank's life. When I adopted Frank he was destructive, one expensive custom bed frame later I brought him to Wag Hotel formerly Pooch...this was nearly 3 years ago and today everyone at Wag is now part of my pups family. They are my go to anytime Frank needs an overnight or a good day of play. Wag is the only place I will take him. I wish I could name each and everyone of the amazing people at Wag. Wag is an awesome place to take your dogs! The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We liked the idea that we were able to check on our dogs throughout the day via camera. It's cool to be able to see them interact and have a great time with other dogs and the staff. The only thing I wished that was different about Wag is that they would offer the all day play from the time the dogs get dropped off to the 12 hr mark not just until 7pm because some dogs still have energy after 7pm, like my dogs and they can play all day!... read more

Easy drop off. Even took us around on a tour. Web site SUCKS!!!! But at the property they were kind and professional. Gave us our first visit for free. Would use them again.

Love love love this place!! I've came here a couple times for boarding and day care and it's the perfect fit for me and my pup. My 75 pound Lab has so much energy so I often put her in the all day play which is 12 hours long. She gets to interact and socialize with dogs that match her size and energy. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and prices affordable. Also, the Wag Cam is an awesome addition and lets me check up on Lila throughout the day while she's there. I love wag hotels for my dog! My boy SJ can be a very shy dog around people at first but loves the company other dogs. He prefers the play groups and loves his boarding stays as well. Great customer service always! Love receiving a report card after each visit too!
