This review is long overdue. This place has changed my life and more importantly Frank's life. When I adopted Frank he was destructive, one expensive custom bed frame later I brought him to Wag Hotel formerly Pooch...this was nearly 3 years ago and today everyone at Wag is now part of my pups family. They are my go to anytime Frank needs an overnight or a good day of play. Wag is the only place I will take him. I wish I could name each and everyone of the amazing people at Wag. Wag is an awesome place to take your dogs! The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We liked the idea that we were able to check on our dogs throughout the day via camera. It's cool to be able to see them interact and have a great time with other dogs and the staff. The only thing I wished that was different about Wag is that they would offer the all day play from the time the dogs get dropped off to the 12 hr mark not just until 7pm because some dogs still have energy after 7pm, like my dogs and they can play all day!... read more
Easy drop off. Even took us around on a tour. Web site SUCKS!!!! But at the property they were kind and professional. Gave us our first visit for free. Would use them again.

Love love love this place!! I've came here a couple times for boarding and day care and it's the perfect fit for me and my pup. My 75 pound Lab has so much energy so I often put her in the all day play which is 12 hours long. She gets to interact and socialize with dogs that match her size and energy. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and prices affordable. Also, the Wag Cam is an awesome addition and lets me check up on Lila throughout the day while she's there. I love wag hotels for my dog! My boy SJ can be a very shy dog around people at first but loves the company other dogs. He prefers the play groups and loves his boarding stays as well. Great customer service always! Love receiving a report card after each visit too!

I love wag hotel. The entire staff is in love with all their pet customers. I take Icarus there and even when he's not feeling it they'll have 3-4 staff members there coaxing him in with treats and love. You can watch him on camera all day and you can see how much they really do care for the pups. They also do super cute holiday theme things. I'm stoked that they are here. Super convenient.

Very friendly staff!! And very convenient as they are open 24hrs! Definitely would recommend to anyone that has to leave their dogs early or pick up late!!! Overall good experience

I have no option than to give them 5 stars because 6 is not an option. In July 2019, our family went to my nephew's graduation from Marine boot camp. Since the entire family went, I decided to bring Holly, my White GSD, and kennel her in the room during graduation day. Oh, Holly's middle name is Houdini and it took her a minute to get out of her kennel and opening the hotel room door was child's play.
