Love Wags. Top notch facility; clean, air conditioned, staff ensures dogs play well together, have plenty of water and attention. You can watch your pup interact with staff and other dogs on Wagcam...Fantastic! #1 reason we chose Wags. Highly recommend. Great exercise; My Luna loves it.

I was new to San Diego and my 4 month old puppy Charlie needed to have a safe place to go and play. After a month testing different daycare places it was clear that Wag Hotel was not only the best choice in structure, wonderful staff, pricing, and options... but the Only hotel/daycare I didn't have to force my scared pup in the door! We love Wag hotel!! Our dog always has a blast and the staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. They are always willing to answer our questions. Our dog is pretty big boy so taking care of him can be a chore sometimes and they are amazing. Would recommend this to anyone who needs somewhere for there dog to play:) we enjoy the daily report cards and watching him on the camera as well .

My dog Chano loves staying at this place. We have been using wag hotel since it came to San Diego (we were previous clients of Pooch hotel which then became Wag hotel). Our dog is always happy to come here for boarding. We like the fact that we can see our dog Chano on camera when he is playing and that they are 24 hours/365 days per year. The staff is super friendly and caring. All know Chano by name, his food, his medication, etc. It is good to know that when traveling your dog is in good hands.

Awesome. It's totally worth the money. How much have I spent on a hotel by myself alone. Too much. My cat Simba is priceless. He purrs loud now when I'm with him. Happy kitty. I'm sure he was unhappy staying with mom and another cat. After all he is the Lion King kitty. Only the best for my cat. Thanks WAG.

I am so happy I found Wag! I rescued a German Shepherd at the end of last year and he definitely needed some training and work. I happened to be going out of town and needed to find a safe place for him to stay while my family was gone (he can climb fences and I didn't trust him not to do that while we were away). When I first got my puppy, I was working from home and was with him almost every minute. 6 months later I had to start traveling again for work, and couldn't stand the thought of leaving him all alone for the entire day while my wife was at work. This was my first time leaving Jaxx at Wag Hotel. I will definitely take him back. It appears that Jaxx truly enjoyed his overnight stay! He's completely exhausted and according to his report card made quite a few friends. I'm impressed by the amenities this place offers for pets! Staff were all very welcoming and caring towards Jaxx which means a lot. Quite a few people are intimidated of Jaxx due to his size. My dog Marilee goes to all day play on days we work. She comes home tired every time. She has a few favorite fur friends there. They have WagCams so you can watch your dogs play in daycare. The staff is very friendly. When I pick her up at the end of the day, I get a written report on how her activity level and who she played with. We have also boarded our dogs there a couple of times. One is on daily medications and the staff has no trouble giving my dog her medications.
