They stay true to the deals they provide. And the best thing they could've done was offer 5 days of free day care. They took in all 3 of my dogs in. I chose this week because I've had a cold and having them watch my dogs while I was sick was amazing. They came home so tired every day, and because of the wag cam, I was able to watch them from my bed while I was getting better. Thank you guys so much for the awesome customer service. I've done doggie daycare & overnight boarding for each of our pups (Jack & Lucy). Our dogs come back renewed with smiles from ear to ear. The staff is kind and attentive and the the wag cam is a great bonus to check on the dogs throughout the dog. I've had positive experiences and would recommend to others.

Took my dog there last week and today and he loves it. He's pretty worn out by the time I pick him up. Having the cameras In there is nice so I could see him while I'm away. Cool spot.

I have taken my dog here several times for daycare. He absolutely loves it! I love being able to look at the cameras and check on him throughout the day. The staff does report cards for all the dog owners and hands them out at pick up. They're such cute little cards! The staff is amazing. This is Bubba and I's favorite place to go for daycare! Highly recommend Wag!

Outstanding Daycare and overnight hotel for dogs. I have been taking my dog there for many years (it used to be Called Pooch Hotel). The staff is outstanding and very caring. There are large sized playrooms for daycare with dogs assigned to playrooms by size. Perfect for my dog who loves small dogs like himself. They also offer a terrific grooming service. Best grooming experience I have had for my dog-and I have been to over a dozen different places.

This is a review for Wag Hotels one-on-one ultra suite day stay. Best place ever! We watched our pup through live cam, they took him out for potty walks, play, belly rubs, had peanut butter Kong, what more can a dog ask for? We opted for the one-on-one since he's not neutered and not allowed in the play space with other dogs. Wow, I can give WAGS enough stars! This place is amazing! They treat Bella and Dallas like part of their family. They always welcome them with love, just like they do every pup there. Daycare is amazing, grooming is amazing, and the staff is awesome. They even went above and beyond and communicated any issues Bella and Dallas would have during their stay. They take great care of my two dogs when I have work or a trip. They also have cameras in the play rooms so you can see what your dog is up to every so often. Great promotions for fist timers and they sometimes have themed days. The staff will sometimes send you the cute photos on social media like the two I have posted.

This hotel is very special they take good care of your dog and also the dog gets to play with one another and they run around and they come out very happy it's a nice place to take the dogs mostly if it's your little baby dogs
