I love wag hotel. The entire staff is in love with all their pet customers. I take Icarus there and even when he's not feeling it they'll have 3-4 staff members there coaxing him in with treats and love. You can watch him on camera all day and you can see how much they really do care for the pups. They also do super cute holiday theme things. I'm stoked that they are here. Super convenient.

Very friendly staff!! And very convenient as they are open 24hrs! Definitely would recommend to anyone that has to leave their dogs early or pick up late!!! Overall good experience

I have no option than to give them 5 stars because 6 is not an option. In July 2019, our family went to my nephew's graduation from Marine boot camp. Since the entire family went, I decided to bring Holly, my White GSD, and kennel her in the room during graduation day. Oh, Holly's middle name is Houdini and it took her a minute to get out of her kennel and opening the hotel room door was child's play. We're 1st timers as far as using a boarding kennel for either all-day play or overnight boarding. We were thrilled to read all the positive Wag Hotel reviews regarding this location since they've been in operation in San Diego. Their facility still appears and feels pretty new despite the fact that they have been open for 7 years. This is a great place to leave your pup. I've left Noelle here for daycare and even for a whole weekend once. She absolutely loves going. She usually doesn't eat much and falls asleep as soon as we get home because she ran around so much all day. There's a live webcam feed on their website so you can see for yourself what your dog is up to. You can add so much to the care including, treats, training, grooming, and extra walks. Wag hotels is so amazing!! They have always been so understanding about our pups needs and is always attentive to OUR needs as owners as well. We needed to book our dog Oliver last minute and they were so helpful in getting his paperwork processed and his stay approved. I feel comfortable leaving him there always. 10/10 would recommend.

Wag Hotel is the ABSOLUTE BEST place to take your pup! As first time puppy parents, we were EXTREMELY nervous about boarding our fur baby for a few days while we were out of town. We were BLOWN AWAY by the quality of boarding options, the cleanliness of the facility, and the vast number of add-on amenities available to make our pup feel right at home. Just started taking my pup, Kayla, here. She totally loves it and drags me across the parking lot to get in the door! So far we've only done "day play" and grooming. Both have gone spectacularly well. Definitely going to be recommending Wag Hotels to friends/family.
