This was my first time leaving Jaxx at Wag Hotel. I will definitely take him back. It appears that Jaxx truly enjoyed his overnight stay! He's completely exhausted and according to his report card made quite a few friends. I'm impressed by the amenities this place offers for pets! Staff were all very welcoming and caring towards Jaxx which means a lot. Quite a few people are intimidated of Jaxx due to his size. My dog Marilee goes to all day play on days we work. She comes home tired every time. She has a few favorite fur friends there. They have WagCams so you can watch your dogs play in daycare. The staff is very friendly. When I pick her up at the end of the day, I get a written report on how her activity level and who she played with. We have also boarded our dogs there a couple of times. One is on daily medications and the staff has no trouble giving my dog her medications.

My girlfriend and i tale our corgi Paco here. We love all the camp day themes and the staff. Its nice to see on the cameras having a blast with his pals and always like the progress botes we get as well!

Loved this place! We moved to Mission Valley and needed a camp/hotel for our Bo. We have been taking him for months and he completely loves it. We have boarded him, groomed him there, and taken him to many day camps. The result for any service is always the same; a very happy and very tired Bo!! We love the convenience of Wag, and definitely take advantage of the live cameras, that way we always know how and what Bo is doing. Definitely will continue to take Bo here as much as possible.

This place is awesome! They take great care of my cat Simba! They have flexible drop off & pick up times. The staff is very friendly & you can tell they are animal lovers.

We have nothing, but great things to say about this location. We have an Australian Kelpie/Shiba Inu mixed breed and she is full of energy. The staff at this specific location had extreme patience with our puppy, Moana, and worked with her tendency to jump over the fence. Other locations were not patient at all, immediately sending her to a private room the entire day. This is the second time I took my fur babies to Wags Hotel. What bothered me a little I came home with no food. I gave them more than enough food. So the leftover food I should've gotten to take it home . Trying get a hold of somebody in the San Diego Wags it's just totally impossible. I think I'll think twice about taking them back down there.

Recommend no for active duty, first responders, and military veterans. They are beyond capacity at 123 dogs now. They are starving the dogs because the managers and owners do not want to actually pay their staff to do their job. I paid over $600 in advance to have my dog taken care of. They said we do not do refunds. Well I am not paying over$600 to have my dog abused. My dog is very social and has attended various daycares. My dog has also the worst rash from this daycare as well.
