By far the absolute rudest lady in the front just absolutely distraught at her being there around any animals as she seems like a very cruel and mean person! The lady I'm talking about is the one with the nose that is so pointy she probably could smell a million miles away! If you don't absolutely love or enjoy your job find another one ! Absolutely never bring my baby here ever !! If I could give it negative 5 stars I would. Tried to ignore all the bad reviews this place got but really wished I didn't !
I called twice and left our phone numbers for personal inquiry. I left my phone number and my wife in their CALLBACK menu but no call from WAG Hotels. If they ignore my call what's more about a dog who could not talk. I cancelled my reservation but did not get an email cancellation request. I even requested to cancell my account. THIS PLACE IS NOT RECOMMENDED! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Archie C.
Tried numerous times to use their reservation online platform and it never worked. Tried calling to get help and the woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and condescending. No way will I be leaving my dogs with them.
My dog is 2 years old, male. I decided to bring him here because it looks nice and its my baby so I want to leave him in good hands. So this is how our experienced went. I brought my dog here. I paid for the most expensive bed room because he is a big dog. Because he is not neutered it is additional $45 because he can't be around other dogs and they need to take him out for 2-3x a day to go potty. First, the camera link took 4 hrs to be sent and when i called the lady at the front desk she sounds annoyed. Well, I am anno... read more
First, we took a tour, discussed our two dogs (one with some food protectiveness), and were told it would be fine to board them and that they could be put in rooms near one another. But the day we showed up to drop them off, the women at the front desk told us they "might not be able to take them" and that they couldn't be put near one another because it was a busy weekend. With a bit of prying and pushing, they eventually accepted our dogs -- but we were near to canceling our trip. Second, we put a bunch of notes in the on... read more
So happy the people at the front were genuine A holes while I tried to get information about boarding, makes the decision to look elsewhere easy. 2/20/22 at about 1:30pm the lady in front that wanted to be on her phone with no answers to simple questions and the guy in the office working on a calendar too busy to help good job, both with annoyed voices, I wish you get new careers. I feel sorry for the pets that probably are ignored as well.
Though my family has used this SD Wag hotel for when they have been gone, this time, our pup came down with the GIARDIA parasite, from sharing water with other dogs or coming in contact with other dog's feces that are contaminated with giardia, which is highly contagious to dogs and cats. Unless a dog or cat is tested before coming to this (or any) boarding kennel, there is no way of knowing if the pet is carrying the parasite. In this case, some pet was, and ours caught it. (Our dog does not go on walks, does not drink wa... read more
I was bringing my 8 month old half husky half chow in for the One on One daycare. Prior to the day of boarding I came to check out the suites and talked to the ladies at the front desk. They were able to show me the ultra deluxe suite and the deluxe suite. I opted for the ultra deluxe for my puppy. They said it was available and had his reservation booked for the next day. The next morning I took my puppy in. They told me they didn't have the ultra deluxe suite available, after having to wait for them to search for his rese... read more
I had used Wag Hotels several times over the past 5 years and was always very satisfied with their service and pricing however this past weekend was a very disappointing experience. Now that I am on Yelp and I sort from Newest to Oldest Reviews, I see many recent 1-star ratings so I guess I am not the only one that has experienced poor service as of late. The staff was fine to deal with but the few things that made this a poor experience were: 1. No record of my reservation when I arrived even though I had an email confirm... read more
