The rude female with the colored hair and nose ring was so rude. She didn't even greet people as they came in. There was a dog barking up a storm and they took him. She walked by with that dog and my dog finally barked back and she wouldn't take him, claiming he bit her and broke skin. It was most likely his nails and if it broke skin, she should seek antibiotics, rather than make a damn smirk. This review was removed for having colorful words. The "general manager" replied asking me to call. The number listed was the gener... read more

My mom and I came in to tour the facility. We were greeted by the front desk and toured with the manager. He showed us all the "types" of rooms for boarding my two dogs. I told him I wanted to biggest suite for my pups while I would be away. He told me that I needed to do everything through the app; so I downloaded it. You had to upload vaccinations and get them approved before you could proceed with a reservation. I uploaded them and 9 days later, I still did not hear back with an approval to proceed. I called, where a male... read more

Take your pet to Snug Pet Resort; not Wag. Just want to let everyone know that at Wag, your dog/ pet will be situated indoors ALL DAY; there is no opportunity for your animals to be outside. If you have boarded your animal there, check your statement upon picking up as they will add charges! Truly a horrible corporation that does not care about animals and their well-being only the financial aspects (money)! Not only that, the General Manager is extremely deceiving and condescending; he straight up lied to me on the phone an... read more

I booked my dog's hotel 3 weeks prior to my vacation. They confirmed my appointment to drop off my dog. The day before I was going to fly out of town they told me they're cancelling my booked hotel for my dog. Keep in mind I got all the required and updated shots/records they needed. They told me that they can't process my dog because I requested "not to play with other dog's". If my dog doesn't meet the requirements it would be great to let the owners know ahead of time instead of the day before they have to leave. Keep in ... read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! They are not attentive ! My dog is 7 1/2 months old. Female. I have taken her to daycare she went twice in one week she came back with kennel cough. She's completely up-to-date on her vaccines. Every single time I picked her up she seemed overheated and thirsty. She was dehydrated. this was last month. I decided to board her overnight for 24 hours. And get her her own room she had very strict instructions to make sure every few hours she was put in her room and to be given water because she's a pup... read more

I have taken my dogs here about four - five times since January 2022. We use this place because it's close to home and they've been friendly! January 2022: Boarded one of my dogs for a week. They tried to overcharge me for services. I had to contact customer service and argue with the manager to fix my rate. May 2022: Tried to have my second dog go to daycare. The front staff member didn't know how to read vaccination records so she turned him away. I had to call corporate and visit the hotel AGAIN for a different staff m... read more

Took our dogs to stay here for our wedding. Paid for the nicest room to try and make it as good as possible. The stay was fine. Treat dispenser didn't work but they claim it's my fault I didn't tell them vs they regularly maintaining their gear. I was going to leave it be but today I took my dogs to the vet and they have kennel cough. It happens and is a risk. I called Wag to tell them they need new air filters and to sterilize and the manager could have cared less. Instead of apologizing and promising to clean she instead ... read more

Came in today (May 30th) for my puppies free trial first day in the hopes of finding him a doggy day care spot. Dropped him off at 7am sharp and returned at 6pm for pickup, he was signed up for a stay and play. This was because he is 5 months old and could not be neutered yet, they wanted him spirited from other dogs (totally fine). What was not fine was how they lied to me about the care given during a stay and play. I was told he would have a room and be monitored/ would be taken to play with separately a few times by the ... read more
