Before I wrote this review, I took a look at the previous reviews and I can't really understand them. My experience was amazing, especially considering that this is the first Rosie has ever been at a day care. She was also there for grooming so it was very simple for me. I can't speak for others but I'll lay out how my experience was: I dropped off Rosie at 7am and the process was super simple: they checked her in and took her into the facility. We love Wag Hotel West LA!! The staff is friendly & helpful. They have great AC and you can watch the dogs play on the Wag Cam on the app!! The reservation system is easy and you can add treats, walks and other cool stuff. I imagine our Daisy likes it there as she gets excited when we pull up. We are so thankful for Wag Hotel and their great staff!! Thank You Wag Hotel West LA!!

We have been taking our greyhound Tina to Wag Hotel - West LA for about a year now and we have only great things to say. Our dog is getting up in years and the level of care at Wag Hotel is exactly what she needs. First off the crew really pay attention and will give feedback on how she's doing during her time boarding. We get little report cards & memories often. My fiancé has been taking our dog here recently, and we love it! I get lots of adorable pictures of my dog, the staff clearly cares and loves the dogs they work with. Everyone who works there is always smiling and in the yards they're always cuddling or otherwise engaging with the dogs when I look at the cameras! I rest easy knowing the health of my dog is a top priority to wag hotels, they are quick to call and alert of if our pup isn't eating or has diarrhea, or any other issue they might be dealing with. Had the greatest experience with Danae I feel so comfortable leaving my pooch here knowing he's being looked after by the amazing staff. My little guy is very particular but he felt welcomed here! I am so grateful for the fellow animal lovers who genuinely love and take care of them.

Walked in same day and was able to board my pup last minute. Their app is always up to date and easy to use. They are very prompt on responding to reservations. I would only suggest not relying on reaching them by phone as it does require a long wait time to hear back. Otherwise, I have only had good experiences here so far and trust them with my pup!

I have been taking my pup Jilly here almost every weekday since May 2021. We are always greeted upon arrival in a professional manner. The process to check in dogs is such a breeze and we rarely wait more than 2 to 3 minutes to check in. Pick up is also always a cinch cuz the staff is super-efficient and retrieve Jilly and bring her to the lobby within minutes. I love this location specifically. I've taken my dog to multiple boarding/Daycares and this one is the best. Their staff is amazing, and Liz is so helpful and professional -- every single day. Wouldn't recommend any other business.
