Wag Hotels is the best! My dog loves coming to daycare and seeing all of his friends. The lobby is always super clean and the staff is very welcoming. Helmuth is always super helpful and answers any questions I have. I wouldn't take my dog to any other place!
Been bringing my dog here over the years for both, over night stays and grooming. We have always had a positive experience here! Having a husky, it's hard to find a good grooming place, they go above and beyond for him! Thank you Wag hotels
I am still giving WAG South Bay/ Carson a 5. Since we have been coming for the past 4 months, of course like every dog, mine has his favorites (handlers). I have a husky/boxer/every other exciting mix you can think of and he loves it. He is so joyful and excited, and to be honest he goes to another daycare and loves WAG MORE. It is like dropping off your child off at Disneyland, and when I pick him up he acts like he doesn't want to leave. We 2ill continue to come and this is what he looks like when I pick him up

Our first experience taking Chewy to Wag Hotel and it will not be the last. From the initial communication to the pick up after his 4 day staycation it was awesome! Tiffany and her staff are so caring and compassionate you can tell they all love what they do!! The app is really user friendly and the dog cams were so great to be able to see how much fun Chewy was having while we were an vacation. See you all soon
Hello everyone, I want to start off by saying that you can't go wrong boarding your family pets here. It cost us a fortune to leave our five small dogs here for ten days. But you know what? Nothing beats the feeling that your irreplaceable family members are well taken care of. And that is exactly what happened. These guys are well worth it. Very happy with this location. Everyone we have come across has been super friendly. Great customer service. I'm happy knowing my 2 dogs are in safe hands at this location. I'm very impressed that they let you do a tour of the facility as most places don't. So it puts some ease on my mind knowing what kind of rooms they have to select from for boarding.
