We moved to the area and needed to a needed a new day play and dog boarding place. Others in the area had open kennel which does not work well with our dog. Our dog comes home so exhausted from playing all day which what our pup needs for socialization. Wag hotels make it so convenient if anything comes up and we need a safe place for our dog to play and/or sleep. My dog Ghost loves coming to Wag Hotels! Helmuth, Roxy, Harley, Erin, Jackie and Kyrsha are just a few of his favorite staff members. He gets so excited to see them each morning and they always take such good care of him. He always comes home tired and happy. I also love that they are open 24/7 since I work early mornings and have to drop off before 7 am
Wag Hotels is the best! My dog loves coming to daycare and seeing all of his friends. The lobby is always super clean and the staff is very welcoming. Helmuth is always super helpful and answers any questions I have. I wouldn't take my dog to any other place!
I dropped off my son's dog this morning for a whole day play, the dog didn't finish his breakfast, so I took a goody bag, the front desk lady told me that I couldn't leave the food because they were full and she didn't have a place for the dog to eat and the dog was going to be in the play area all day and if the dog started vomiting then she would do something about it..!! Disappointed and Deeply Concerned I entrusted wags in Carson, CA, with the care of my year old golden doodle for several months, reassured by their promises of constant supervision, attentive staff, and a safe environment--especially important given my dog's age and socialization needs. The front desk was informative thank you but what happens behind doors with our four legged family members . Well that is to look out for. My family and I were not at all pleased with the treatment that was clearly given to our 9month old GSD. Not only was she given CBD without our consent but the full camera package was unacceptable. My dogs have come here for years. Something has changed as other reviews have mentioned. I don't know if they aren't fully staffed, take on too many dogs or what the case is... my dogs boarded there for 9 days... I picked up my dog Maddie who now has not only pneumonia, but an infected paw infection and no one seems to know anything! $1400 later at the vet and upper management seems to not care at all. I left my dog here for boarding and they failed to follow a specific schedule made for my dog despite calling them 4 times to remind them to do their jobs. never again
