The weekend of August 9th. I left my dog there paid for special care . My dog did not receive the care Wag states they give our pets. Staff did so many mistakes with my dog. They returned my pet smelling and looking like it was uncared for or watched over for several hrs. The belongings were a mess when they return them back to me. I called and spoke with supervisor Aaron twice all she kept telling me is that it was lack of staffing on there end. They had hired new people that did not do their job correctly. And apologized. ... read more

Something has happened with management or with their expansion where this place has gone downhill. If you want to ensure that your pets are safe, healthy, and cared for I would highly recommend finding another boarding place. On multiple instances this year, Wag would not adjust its policy even slightly to help my family out. Most recently, when my wife was a day away from going into labor, and they left us high and dry in terms of being able to board our beloved dogs despite having a confirmed reservation, because one of th... read more

This place is horrible I came here with my parents to get a tour of the place because we were thinking of leaving my dog here. When we walked into the rooms where the gods are the place was freezing cold I saw a couple of dogs and they were shaking. Not only that but dogs were crying and we heard someone hitting a dog really hard that it started crying. Please DONT leave your dog here. It's so bad people are cruel to the dogs here. I also saw some dog coming out with their owners and they were crying.

My dog stayed at this location for 2 and a half days and I picked him up with bloody stools and a awful cough that lasted several weeks and ended up being bronchitis. He had to be treated with several antibiotics before he recovered and nearly $1000 in vet costs. I will never take him back to any Wag hotel! The one star I gave was so I can make this post only. So disappointed! My dog suffered badly. I can't image if he was there longer!

I have no words for what happened to my fur baby during his stay in December I glad I picked him up a day early to discover how dirty and smelly he was and his paw injured and he had no food left over for the next if he had stayed, and to place my dog on the ground of the lobby when I picked him up and just walk away. Why don't you get cameras in the front and not just in the back. Don't asked if you can bathe my dog, you should have bathe him as a courtesy since your groomer quit. All you could offer was discount for groom... read more

MUST READ: So disappointed in Wags. My pet has been going here for years and even just recently. He is a senior dog and now very recently trying to make reservations (wag canceled with no phone call) was told they NO LONGER TAKE SENIOR DOGS. Said its a new policy when he was just there a few weeks back. He has no medical issues just arthritis!! ......rates keep changing with no warning...... But its ok PETSMART in Torrance DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE & they are $10/nite cheaper.

I love the wag and the staff but my dogs wont be back due to their "rules" and pricing. Every time i go in there is something new. This review is soley about the pricing and policies. I buy a 10 day package at $396 dollars its not cheap. I buy the package because it was my understanding ( and we have been coming here for years) the package includes meals and no late/ early fees. The package expires after 90 days. My job recently moved from Compton to City of Industry. I live in Downey so the Wag is way out of my way now. ... read more

This is the the worst dog hotel. I've had numerous issues but today topped it. Everything from my dogs bag was misplaced with little to no remorse from the workers on site. This is disgusting. My dogs private items were all gone and I was given an empty bag as if that was acceptable. Do not bring your dog here. This has to be the worse dog hotel in Los Angeles and should be shut down. ****As an update a week later, no sign of my dogs stuff & I was only refunded $69 as they felt this was sufficient replacement of the snacks ... read more

MUST READ! I typically do not write reviews. However, this needs to be said. I've had a 15 year old shih tzu who I've always boarded atWag everytime I went on vacation in Northern Cali. However, I decided to board my other 1.5 year old here at the Carson location due to last-minute work meetings. Staff: David was great helping me book my reservation for a large room. I dropped off my dog 845AM and was told by Bella (front desk) there was no large room available and that a medium room will do just fine for my 65lbs dog (... read more
