My dog is a senior. And he loves coming for the one on one doggie daycare. It gets him out of the house and gives him some interaction throughout the day. The staff members are professional and kind. They already know my dog my name. Looking forward to more visits at wag hotels.

Love this place, they always take such good care of my girl. Facility is very clean and the drop off/pick up location is out if the weather. Pricing is good too.

AWESOME!! Nadia is efficient, personable as well as very professional while handling a busy desk of both 2-legged and 4-legged clients. My dog Juniper is a highly energetic 1 year old German Shepherd Mix. She loves going to daycare and getting to play with the other dogs. She accidentally got scratched by another dog while playing (not an aggressive scratch just an accident while playing) and they immediately called me and told me about it. Staff was really responsive, communicative, and accommodating. I personally struggle with anxiety, especially bc I got my furry friend when my human bff passed away, so I'm extra concerned about my furry friend. They cleared up a huge misunderstanding and really eased my anxiety with leaving my dog for the first time. They also noticed some of my dogs quirks which to me meant that they keep careful eyes. Talking to them at the desk, they all seemed superrrr educated on dogs. We will be back!!

This review is in response to my previous 1 star review. I was able to talk to Amanda and she has worked out a way that I can bring in my dog in if I get the call for my lung transplant between Dec 22 and Jan 1. I really appreciate it since I have no way of knowing when that call will come. Trying to find a place where I feel comfortable leaving my dog for weeks has been a major importance to me. I was highly impressed with Wag Hotels in West Sacramento and the care they provided for my pup, Holly, and her brother Ollie (my daughter's dog).
