Me and my girlfriend normally don't trust animal boarding places. We've been to a few out here and a few other Wag Hotels and have been left unsatisfied. To be honest we were very hesitant to even try out West Sac Wag Hotels, but I'm glad we did. The green hair young lady at the front desk is extremely sweet and respectful. She made it such an easy and joyful interaction as she explained to us how everything all works and what would be best for our fur children. Me and my wife have been to all kinds of dog boarding places, even some other Wag Hotel locations! Yet, West Sacramento Wag Hotel is by far the BEST one we've been too!! I've brought my dog to wags in Anaheim and it was super nice. I also brought my dog to the west sac one. He stayed 4-5 days and then I brought him again for 3 days. Each time though, seems like it was getting worse. No updates on my dog through the app, and he comes back scared. After reading these reviews, I'm a little scared to leave him here in September for two weeks! Their staff seem nice at least. We have been coming here for many years from when they first opened until now. We loved the Wag when the opened and went there of 7-8 years. Then something happened? Then we noticed they hired people that were not animal people you can tell. We stopped going for many years. Last year, we wanted to give them another try and this time we were very happy with the staff. They showed they really care about our pet and provide feedback like when they 1st opened.

My dog is a senior. And he loves coming for the one on one doggie daycare. It gets him out of the house and gives him some interaction throughout the day. The staff members are professional and kind. They already know my dog my name. Looking forward to more visits at wag hotels.

Love this place, they always take such good care of my girl. Facility is very clean and the drop off/pick up location is out if the weather. Pricing is good too.
