I was highly impressed with Wag Hotels in West Sacramento and the care they provided for my pup, Holly, and her brother Ollie (my daughter's dog). From the moment we checked in, the office staff was cheerful, kind, and reassuring. Highly recommend this location! Very professional and took care of my reactive dog! I as always super cautious when having people watch my dog due to her past trauma and behavior when she is scared. The staff here was amazing and gave me updates about her when I was away. The facility is great and organization and cleanliness was refreshing. I will definitely be booking another room for her here when i travel!

We have 3 shi zhu yorkies and they always stay in the ultra suite so they can be together. The customer service is always excellent. We love that when we go on trips we can see them play and relax with the camera. As fur parents we feel safe and confident in the care our babies are getting. Totally reccomend Wag hotel. Shout out to Naudia as she was very helpful with check out

We have been using Wag Hotels for a few years now and are very grateful that they care for our iggy. Our italian greyhound is a little timid and we like how they separate the different dog temperaments for all day play. The friendly attitude of the front desk team is easy to work with, especially Naudia who goes above and beyond to help us with answering questions. I'm booking my pet in the near future and he is completely through and wantes to go over every detail with me. I spoke with Crystal in customer service and she said this is not something that should have happened and gave us an upgrade for our next visit with the room with a camera. Wag is not our first option for now, but we will try again at some point and see how that goes. We appreciate them reaching out and making it right.

They take really good care of my dog, and the people there are very nice. We don't board our dog, but we do take him there for all day stay for a couple hours. Definitely would recommend going here.
