Staff was really responsive, communicative, and accommodating. I personally struggle with anxiety, especially bc I got my furry friend when my human bff passed away, so I'm extra concerned about my furry friend. They cleared up a huge misunderstanding and really eased my anxiety with leaving my dog for the first time. They also noticed some of my dogs quirks which to me meant that they keep careful eyes. Talking to them at the desk, they all seemed superrrr educated on dogs. We will be back!!

This review is in response to my previous 1 star review. I was able to talk to Amanda and she has worked out a way that I can bring in my dog in if I get the call for my lung transplant between Dec 22 and Jan 1. I really appreciate it since I have no way of knowing when that call will come. Trying to find a place where I feel comfortable leaving my dog for weeks has been a major importance to me. I was highly impressed with Wag Hotels in West Sacramento and the care they provided for my pup, Holly, and her brother Ollie (my daughter's dog). Highly recommend this location! Very professional and took care of my reactive dog! I as always super cautious when having people watch my dog due to her past trauma and behavior when she is scared. The staff here was amazing and gave me updates about her when I was away. The facility is great and organization and cleanliness was refreshing. I will definitely be booking another room for her here when i travel!

We have 3 shi zhu yorkies and they always stay in the ultra suite so they can be together. The customer service is always excellent. We love that when we go on trips we can see them play and relax with the camera. As fur parents we feel safe and confident in the care our babies are getting. Totally reccomend Wag hotel. We have been using Wag Hotels for a few years now and are very grateful that they care for our iggy. Our italian greyhound is a little timid and we like how they separate the different dog temperaments for all day play. The friendly attitude of the front desk team is easy to work with, especially Naudia who goes above and beyond to help us with answering questions.
