We just recently started to bring our dog to Wag while we are out of town and so far we had good experiences both times. The last time was for almost three weeks and was the longest we left him. The customer service has always friendly and the lobby is always clean. While we were away Wag has communicated with us if there were any issues. Definitely recommend Wag to all pet owners that need to board their pet.

I have been bringing my boxers (Shadow and Finn) here for at least the last 6 years. They have always been fantastic. From the folks at the front desk to the ones in the back we've had nothing but great experiences over the years. A few years back we were impacted by a fire and had to stay for one night and they did not charge for the stay. Today we had a hiccup with an upcoming boarding reservation and Naudia went above and beyond to help find a win-win solution. I can't say enough good things about them!

Thank you crew at West Sac Wags Hotel! I was in a bind about where to put my pups after I goofed on my vacation plans, but everything went well. They sent photos, give a progress report, and after a week of being there, a bath. Left with photos, great pricing, and happy pups!

Such a GREAT experience! It was our first time ever boarding our pups anywhere so we didn't know what to expect. But I'm so happy that we trusted and chose this location! Their supervisor, Christina C. and her team went above and beyond to take care of our doggies, Aldo and Lucky. They always take care of the pups while getting things done quickly. They are the go to for any boarding or spa needs.
Such a cute place, staff seem organized and love on your babies. Little pricey, I would like to suggest a rewards system of some kind for discounts.

Always wonderful to board my cat with Wag in West Sacramento! Gabi at the front desk is amazingly helpful and always makes sure things go smoothly :)
My foster dog, Layla, stayed here for 5 nights. I'm extremely pleased with her stay! Each day I received an email with a photo of her! I was also contacted on her last morning, when she vomited a small bit. They also found that Layla did better with the small dogs and placed her accordingly. Super patient, kind staff! My nervous 12 year old dog was at ease with the groomer, Sarah. The entire group of people working at Wag were friendly and made dropping off easy.
