Great facility. My dogs love coming here. Scheduling is always easy, and they keep track of vaccines for you pups. They offer many different services and their customer service is awesome.

It was nice to take our dog here and walk the facility, tour it, see the difference between each suite and ask questions before commenting to stay here. Especially with our boy being special needs. The have a complementary play date as well to try out. We like that they're a 24 hour facility so we can pick up at any time just in cause of early or late flights. Staff are super friendly there and will answer any questions you have.

I've been meaning to leave a review for this place but unfortunately kept forgetting! I've had nothing but good experiences here with wag. I bring my dog in regularly for all day play and with a consistent schedule i'm always greeted by the same employees (though I don't remember everyone's names sorry!). The morning and evening crew are always incredibly kind and helpful. Kept our Bella for 2 nights during Xmas. They were efficient and the place was nicely set up. The staff is always very responsive and attentive to us. I love me some Wags care for my furry baby!

Finding a facility or individual who will take care of your Fur Baby like you would is a huge ask. And, I have tried many boarding places. However, I usually wind up using the Rover app so that someone will come to my home. But, Wag Hotels is different. They are top notch and customize to fit any pets' needs. One of the most important attributes for me is that they don't crate. I am not a fan of my Baby being caged. I was researching dog boarding and daycare centers for my dog. He is not the most dog-social, so I needed a place that would keep him away from other dogs, yet still provide good care. At the last minute, I ended up getting quite sick and did not want my dog to be cooped up in the house with me. I submitted a daycare request at the last minute, and Wag was able to accommodate! We just recently started to bring our dog to Wag while we are out of town and so far we had good experiences both times. The last time was for almost three weeks and was the longest we left him. The customer service has always friendly and the lobby is always clean. While we were away Wag has communicated with us if there were any issues. Definitely recommend Wag to all pet owners that need to board their pet.

I have been bringing my boxers (Shadow and Finn) here for at least the last 6 years. They have always been fantastic. From the folks at the front desk to the ones in the back we've had nothing but great experiences over the years. A few years back we were impacted by a fire and had to stay for one night and they did not charge for the stay. Today we had a hiccup with an upcoming boarding reservation and Naudia went above and beyond to help find a win-win solution. I can't say enough good things about them!
