We have used Wag Hotel as our main kenneling service since 2021. It is such a good feeling to know our dog is in good hands when we drop him off for vacations. The front office/check-in staff are always friendly and helpful when checking him in. The handlers are very friendly and always recognize him even though we use kenneling services only 2-3 times a year. And the groomers are patient and gentle. Our dog leaves looking dapper and reluctant to leave Wag!

I love the staff at Wag Hotels in West Sacramento. Jared, Quinn, Annalise, Summer, Kelsey, and Valeria are extremely caring and give the personal attention to my dog she needs! Thank you Wag!

Nala loves her time at Wag Hotels in West Sacramento. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I feel like I am leaving my fur baby with family every time I drop her off. They take amazing care of her. The staff treats us like family. We love Wag Hotels in West Sacramento

Wags never disappoints. The other day, there was a snag in the computer system. Chardonnay was quick in response & made sure all credit & payment was taken care of. Plus, no matter how busy they are, she ALWAYS has a smile on her face

The branch in Sacramento is awesome. I have trusted the care and safety of my dogs with them since 2018; and all these years there was not one single time when I was worried about how my dog was being treated or my dog being neglected. The staff there just loves pets and go above and beyond to update you if anything seems off. They truly treat your dogs like they are family. I go to work with peace of mind every morning. Keep up the awesome work guys.

My dogs mean the world to me ( just ask my kids). Jax, Reece and Reina are so excited as soon as we pull up to the hotel and can't wait to get out of the car. We are all greeted by the staff in front and the staff who come and get the dogs. My dogs are happy and exhausted when I pick them up and my day is always made when I get pictures of them. I'm 1000 % satisfied with every aspect of the west sac wag hotel!
