I dropped off my English Bulldog Madison on 4/12/2017 for boarding. I usually board her at my vet's office when we go out of town. This experience was TOTALLY different, and much less expensive for all the perks she received. Madison (like most English Bulldogs) has skin issues,her folds have to be cleaned daily, her eye drops have to be put in her eyes, her meds taken, underneath her docked tail cleaned and her butt cleaned after she uses the bathroom. Special shout out to Miki for a fabulous grooming on Jojo! We waited patiently as the appointment slots filled up months in advance. On the day of grooming, we filled out the necessary paper work and had an opportunity to chat with Miki about our desired cut and style. We also shared a few pictures of Jojo's previous cut. During his appointment they gave us a courtesy call to let us know he was doing alright. We got another call when they were finishing up. The cut and style looked great. First time with Wag Hotels. I referred here by a friend who was considering using them to board their dog since they had great reviews. It also looked like a legit pet hotel and operated just like one above the rest of the boarding places I looked into. I also like that they have multiple locations. As first-time doggy hotel visitors, Wag exceeded our expectations! As the proud family of two husky's, our initial concerns were quickly replaced with peace of mind upon arrival and a tour of the clean and well-lit facility. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. We adopted Pilot during quarantine so we didn't really get the opportunity to see how well he socializes with other dogs. I brought him here for day care a few times and Pilot absolutely loves it and he has the best time. I love how they have cameras so I am able to see how well he plays with other dogs. We also boarded him for 3 days (which I was so nervous) and he did great. The staff is also so pleasant and easy to deal with. I will definitely be bringing my dog bac... read more

I was referred to Wags Hotel because of the friendly staff and pet loving atmosphere. They have an indoor driveway for easy access in and out of the lobby. Don't forget to wear a maskThe lobby features a little boutique with a window to the grooming room. My big boy Sampson was happy with the energy and atmosphere. When I picked him up we grabbed treats, doggy bags and a toy from the boutique. Sam is 110 lbs lap dog he's not use to being in a crate. We love Wags! Mikki is an awesome groomer. After months of a COVID hair grow out my dog was looking like a hot mess! I showed Mikki a picture of the cut I wanted and when I picked my girl up, it was perfect!!!!! She was back looking like the pretty pup she is! The entire staff is extremely polite and professional. You can tell they all love animals and take pride in the care they provide. Wags is the only place I will take my sweet pup to!

First time using Wag Hotels! Looove how you do everything online. You make a profile on their website with your pet's info and you also book online. They also have multiple locations. Wish they would expand to Las Vegas! It was our first time coming here, the guy at the front desk recommended day care for my 3 year old dog instead of the one-on-one which I was fine with since it was our first time here.
