Buster was a favorite at Wag Hotels, he was there for almost 9 years off and on until he passed two weeks ago. It was difficult for me to cancel all his future appointments. He was an amazing Basset hound and the family at Wag Hotels treated Buster with open arms. Thank you for the beautiful card you all signed for Buster. It was a beautiful gesture. It took my dog, Bekka, a few visits before she felt comfortable (normal for her) but once she got to know everyone there she has been very excited to go back whenever I'm traveling for work. She spends the night there on average about once a month and has spent as long as a week at a time on more than one occasion. They're great about giving feedback on her stay and I feel great about leaving her there as often as I need to. Thanks for taking good care of my sweet girl!

This is the best. I have always been afraid of leaving my dog while I go away. Even though I was still was afraid and anxious, this hotel made it so much easier. Chester got the deluxe suite and it came with music all the time, buddy treatment which included cuddling and loving, a bedtime story and FaceTime every night at 9 PM. I can't say enough about WAG and its staff. Its pricey to take our dogs here but we are those over the top dog people that love our pups like our kids. When we travel or just need a place to take them for the day, this is the place to take them. Staff is all very caring and look out for our boys. These 5 stars go all to Crystal and Melissa the overnight staff! I had a hellish trip from the airport. Around 3am I picked up my dog exhausted and frustrated as hell. Crystal was the sweetest and most efficient staff member! She made everything easy and was the most pleasant part of my nightmarish night (besides my dog, of course) Thank you Crystal! You're amazing! Thank you for dealing with me and my doggo!

I am a huge fan of Wag hotels and go to various locations. The people here are great and I always feel happy leaving my pup with them! My one BIG issue with the Sacramento location would be that they never answer the phone!! I like to be able to check in and let them know when we are arriving to avoid a long pick up wait time but I can never get anyone on the phone. Haven't had issues with other locations

If you care about you dog DO NOT BOARD nor SEND THEM TO ALL DAY PLAY. Too many dogs and not enough trained staff. Terrible place!

Overall very disappointed in the care my dog received here. We've been taking him to All Day Play for a few weeks and when he comes home, he is exhausted and smells like urine. Today, my dog came home with two large gashes on his neck and the staff had "no idea" what happened and had not even realized that there was an issue. There is too little staff per dog ratio and the care staff is constantly on their phones or not paying attention. Will never bring our dog back here.
