We loved it! Our Siberian Husky, Marissa, stayed here for the first time on 6/21/19. We dropped her off each day for 3 days and picked her up early evening each day. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. She is not used to kennels so this was a big deal for her (and us!) but she did great. Made two new friends - Leo and Norman. We watched periodically throughout the day on the Web Cam and everything looked great. There was always a handler in the area with the dogs, which is reassuring. Whenever we leave town for an extended period of time, we always take our baby boy "Bentley" to WAG Hotel. He has such a great time and is always exhausted when we pick him up from playing so much and swimming with his friends. We love it there! Thank you so much for taking such good care of our boy!

I boarded my gsd Brodie on 6/1/19. I was so scared to leave my boy because I have never left him before. But the staff was so kind and catered to my fears. I got Brodie the delux suite because I wanted to be able to watch him anytime I wanted and send recordings of my voice to him. That gave me so much comfort. I picked him up the next day and they had printed photos of him in the bone pool and he looked so happy. They also gave us a report card of how he did while he stayed there. I took my dog to Wags in West Sac for the first time for 1 night boarding and 2 all day plays. I was able to tour the facility and liked the selection of rooms available in addition to the amenities that could be added on anytime. When picking up my dog, Nicole, the manager, was able to give me a report card of my dog's stay. She was very accommodating and made the entire process a positive experience. I would definitely recommend this location and their friendly staff.

These people are true animal lovers ! They always take such good care of my baby and I'm always satisfied when I leave. I've been to a few other groomers but I'm never quite as happy with the outcome as when I come here. Thanks to the fabulous groomers for always doing such a great job.

I have had nothing but excellent experience with Wag, and my dog just loses her mind the moment she realizes where we are going. She truly loves being there, and playing with all of her "friends". I have to say, though, besides the joy my pup gets from visiting Wag I also enjoy looking in and seeing how caring the workers are. So many times I check in on the cam in the afternoon, and one of the workers really stands out. He is SO kind to all of the large dogs, often hugging/holding and just loving on all of them! I used Wag hotels this last weekend to board my dog. It was my first visit. Really clean facility however the staff that I dealt with at check in was adequate. I was open minded since I work in the service industry too. I didn't really enjoy my first impressions with the front desk staff. Did not greet me or ask if it's my pets first time or returning guest etc. I didn't even know when the check in process was over for me. She just looked behind me and called the next guest up. We bring our dogs here every time we need to board them. Great service and they take great care of the pups. My only complaint is that they are pretty expensive.
