Dr Tyler was amazing. I can't thank her and her veterinary team enough for the compassion and kindness they showed during one of the hardest times with my dog. The veterinarian took the time to listen, answer all of my questions, and help me make some very difficult decisions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. I could not be more pleased with my experience at this vet. They were all so calm, helpful, understanding and compassionate. They got my cat in very quickly and explained everything in great detail! Will definitely be bringing my other pets here in the future.

Beat customer service in the game. Highly recommend West Hills Animal Hospital. We started our Golden Retriever puppy earlier this year, with this great team of people. We have been taking our Sheltie to this location for two plus years ( referred by two different friends) This past week 11/19/25 met Dr Lawson for the first time . So kind empathetic listened did not push anything. A true asset to her profession. I also met Loren Mani Cinthia . We originally began with Liz and Maya. My dog saw Dr Tyler and it went well. Plenty of parking in the shopping plaza. Very busy hospital. Staff were professional. I would come here again.

This is the best staff and facility. We drove from West LA to the location in West Hills (apx. 25 miles away) as we have followed Dr. Tyler for years. Dr. Tyler loves our dogs and us as a collective family. Much respect! We had a first visit to the location yesterday as our dogs needed specific care. We were in and out, inclusive of a procedure that required sedation for the one of the dogs, within a couple of hours. Dr. Hengst is an excellent vet. She's patient, empathetic, explains things well, and never makes you feel rushed. In February, she had to give us some very sad news about our cat Lewis. Her ultrasound revealed a serious heart condition, and she recommended us to VSEC for emergency care (which has proven to be another excellent veterinary service). Thanks to Dr. Hengst's diligence, Lewis is still alive today.
