I recently had to bring in my older dog for an emergency and Dr. Taylor was wonderful. She researched some lower cost options for me which was much appreciated. I find the whole staff there to be very caring.
Personalized service not part of VCA
I wanted to thank the staff for treating Dieter so kindly. Dieter sadly was diagnosed with Lymphoma last month. Dr. Tyler made this horrible situation a little easier for our family. She was always available for questions and advice and in the end treated Dieter with the love and dignity he deserved.
I’ve brought my baby here since we got him at 8 weeks and he’s almost 3. We’ve never had a bad experience with any of the doctors or staff. Everyone has been kind and professional. I love that I can schedule well visits online and I’m always able to get in quickly for sick visits. I’ve had the paw plan since the beginning and with his allergies, I always get my moneys worth. I absolutely recommend.
Our 3 dogs were patients at the VCA on saticoy and Woodlake. They closed their office and merged with the one on fallbrook and did not notify any of there patients owners. The only way we found out was by driving there in a state of emergency. Our 13 year old beagle was attacked by a coyote. We needed him to be seen immediately. So we decided to come to WHAH!! Dr Gerards and the staff are beyond amazing! The care and thoughtfulness they showed me and my kids when we had to make the awful decision to euthanize our beloved Bear was appreciated more then I can begin to express. You’re in good hands ❤️
As a new patient they got me in in under a week. The Dr. was extremely thorough.
