This is the ONLY vet our dogs are not scared of. So happy we found them! Our Poppy got sick and we were really worried; they did the blood work in the office so we could rule out any super bad reasons why in quick time, thankfully. She's doing much better :) Also, they understood we didn't have endless funds and helped us to make the best decisions based on our budget... We recommend this veterinary office very much.

I have brought my dog there a handful of times. He is a big pit mix and a big baby! You can tell that everyone that works there loves all animals. They get on his level and pet him and really try to make him feel comfortable while checking him out. They always give me a couple different treatment plans to chose from and will be honest with me about price and which one would be the best choice. We would do anything for my big baby and knowing that they aren't taking advantage of that means so much! Thank you guys!
My little Woolsey who is 4lbs and is only 4 months old was unfortunately attacked at the park today. I was beside myself and called my husband in a panic. He called the office and let them know we were coming in. All I knew was my puppy was bleeding and had been bit. They were waiting for me and took him right back to be looked at. My dogs have been patients here for several years. We give the highest praise to Dr Gerard & Dr Lawson AND staff for the love, care & skill in keeping our pets healthy. We credit the aforementioned doctors to saving one of our dogs lives with an auto immune disease that took a year of testing, research, energy into figuring out a true prognosis to her declining health so she could be most efficiently and properly treated. Grateful for all of the healthy guidance. Highly recommend this vet.
On vacation visiting my family and my pup ripped off her dew claw! There was an opening that same day and I came right over. The staff were all very friendly and kind to my dog and me. They took great care of her and she's doing great now. I was also really impressed with their first time customer exam fee being waived.
If you are anywhere near West Hills, choose this animal care facility and this staff. Easy in and out, easy parking, to begin with. Great facility and fantastic doctor and staff. They've taken care of my dogs for many years because they always have the knowledge, competence and caring that we all hope for to help our pets.
My cat Stella was very ill with a respiratory infection. I feared she was getting worse and I have 2 small kittens that I did not want to get sick. I called several Woodland Hills vets and upon explaining the situation they would not give me an appointment for 5 days or more. WHAT A WONDERFUL ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!! I am soooo happy I tried them out this morning. I usually go to a different clinic in the area, but this morning I woke up and found tick on my dog so I called West Hills Animal Hospital and they told me to come on in. We made a switch from our previous vet (who I also love) due to their flexible scheduling, and their proximity to work and I could NOT be happier. I mean, Bowie actually PULLS to go IN to the vet office. Weird, right?
