I am extremely happy with the care that my dogs receive at WHAH. From my first call to make an appointment, the entire staff is friendly, professional, and caring. Dr. Hengst is wonderful. She is gentle, caring, and professional as she does her exam. She takes the time to explain her diagnosis & treatment plan even offering options when appropriate. This place is AWESOME! From the moment you walk in until the moment you cash out. The service here is a bit expensive, but I feel assured that my baby is in the right hands. My husband was a tad reluctant at first but after he saw how well they take care of Fonzi here, he couldn't argue. I owe them for getting our dogs wound to heal after a growth removal from his foot went wrong and the other vet couldn't seem to get it to heal. I was referred to this place today because i was fostering an animal that had been in a house fire. They were compassionate honest and so very gracious. They walked me thru putting the kitty down and comforted me with kind words and facts. The staff is amazing, the facilty is clean and I will be using them again in the future for my vet needs. Thank you all very much for all you do for animals.
The 3 vets are great and the staff is caring and friendly. I have been taking my dogs to West Hills for over 10 years and would highly recommend them.

Took my puppy Jaxx who wasn't feeling too well here. They took my puppy in and were so wonderful with him and me. So happy I brought our new rescue here. They took care of him, explained everything they were going to do for him, and I felt they truly cared about my poor puppy. He's feeling better now. They even gave him a little toe nail trim after his treatment. Thank you Dr. Hengst, Laura and the rest of the staff. We will definitely be back for Jaxx's checkups.
So i've been here twice for my boy Max, (German Shepherd) and i must say the customer service is top notch.. everyone is very helpful and super nice. I've only been to this vet clinic so I don't have much to compare to, however it does seem a little on the pricier side. I do see a lot of reviews that reflect that same opinion, and they respond saying that the quality service you're receiving comes at a premium. Dr. Lawson and staff are the best! The team there is always cheery and all of our appointments run pretty much on schedule, unlike human doctor's visits. They really love animals and take the time with you to answer all your questions. So glad we found a local vet that we will go to for years to come.

The staff (JP & Rachelle) are awesome. Went in there to have our 2 senior dogs get a nail trim and they did a awesome job. We started talking about pain meds for one of our dogs and was advise to keep him on his meds & maybe try some Holistic ways too. Rachelle was extremely helpful with this. Just a great place to go to and they are 5 minutes from our house.

I can't say enough good about the professional, kind care "our cat" recently received at West Hills Animal Hospital. A feral cat accidentally got into some diesel fuel at our shop, covering her legs and belly. They got her in immediately, put her under, bathed and shaved her, gave us medication and clear instructions on how to care for her, scheduled a follow up appointment, even called the next day to check to see how she is doing. We now have an office kitty and have quickly become attached.
