My husband and I found West Hills Animal Hospital after recently moving to the area. Our cat has had major problems with irritation and swelling on his face a couple times a year, and our previous vet in our old area told us there was nothing we could really do other than topical ointment that never really worked. Both my dog and I had a great experience the other day when I brought him in for a check up. The front desk stuff and the tech were extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Crystal Gerards was very thorough, attentive, and kind. She answered all my questions and made a few great suggestions. The very next day I got a follow up call from the doctor with my dog's test results and further recommendations. Thank you West Hills Animal Hospital and Dr. Gerards!

Multiple returns here clearly make this place 'stand-out of the pack'. We drive all the way over from Los Feliz to get the service. Jennifer has been the employee pack stand-out with a professional and caring attitude. She is engaged and clearly is enthusiastic about her work. This also applies to the rest of the staff of course.

We had a very positive experience at West Hills Animal Hospital. The front office and techs were great. We saw Dr. Gerard who seemed very knowledgeable and kind. Great care and follow up! Thank you West Hills Animal Hospital!

I have been going to West Hills Animal Hospital for a little over a year because I am fairly new to the area. I am extremely particular in the care that I give my dogs and will not just take them anyplace. This was not the first vet I went to in the area but it is certainly the last one I will use. I love it here. I have mainly used Dr. Lawson and she is incredibly competent and knowledgeable. I have had dogs all of my life so I know the difference between a good vet and a great one. I have not had a pet in 15 years. I adopted an older dog from the shelter and I knew this place my reputation and was also attracted by its convenient location. I was very pleasantly surprised the friendliness and professionalism of the technicians, receptionist and the veterinarian. My dog likes them all too. I am confident my dog will receive a high level of care there.

Very attentive staff and Vet Chrystal was very helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable when they greeted us and tried to help us lower bill by removing things that weren't a must must, only reason for four stars is I hoped they would negotiate a lower amount but they said it was corporate and couldn't change prices based on cash offers. But in the end this will be our permanent Vet since they really do care. P.s Ginger & Bean say thanks guys!

I took my puppy here for vaccinations. The staff are very friendly and definitely like animals. They took very good care of both me and our puppy. Not only were they very patient, but very accommodating to the needs of our puppy. I would go here more often, but they are a little on the pricey side. The area is nice, right next to my house. The entire staff are supermodel beautiful and FRIENDLY! What an oxymoron huh. I guess you get what you pay for. If I had more money I would go here more often. After many, many years of wonderful care for our 2 labs, I feel compelled to write my first Yelp review. Dr. Lawson, Dr. Moussa and staff are incredibly kind, have prescribed the right care - especially as our dogs were aging - and compassionately were there until the end of their full lives. I am extremely grateful to the sensitive, competent and animal-loving team at West Hills Animal Hospital, and cannot recommend them highly enough.
