Me and my husband love this place. We love the staff! We love Dr. Tyler! My Harvey loves coming to his vet visits, and as of January our new member Remy. I know for a fact my babies are in the best hands. All my experience have been amazing, they always answer my questions and concerns, are very commutative, and work with our schedule. This review was long over due I definitely recommend this place.

I took my 2 kitties (Biscuit & Leo) here today for wellness check and vaccines. The front desk desk and technician and vet all was very lovely people. Very friendly and nice experience. Also while making appointments, the lady who manages calls is very helpful and nice, she answers all my questions very patiently and informative every time! Making appointments is very easy and convenient too.

Dr Hengst is a good doctor. I like the paw plan they offer. Nurses are nice on the phone and in person.... A tad expensive, but I guess it's all for the furry babies.

Our 3 dogs were patients at the VCA on saticoy and Woodlake. They closed their office and merged with the one on fallbrook and did not notify any of there patients owners. The only way we found out was by driving there in a state of emergency. Our 13 year old beagle was attacked by a coyote. We needed him to be seen immediately. So we decided to come to WHAH!! The staff there is amazing. My puppy is a monster and they were so great with him. They are patient and gentle and all very professional. Unlike other veterinary hospitals, this place doesn't try to scam you using your love for your pet... they are so honest and amazing.

The caring and great service here made a very difficult day go much more easily. Dr. Malott was wonderfully warm and compassionate. Her kind words and actions made all the difference. Truly the best veterinary care I've received - Dr Hengst is absolutely wonderful, thorough and understanding. We had a scary car accident that caused one of my dogs to begin coughing up blood, and they we so compassionate and careful in examining him throughout his healing. The office staff is so friendly and empathetic, and go above and beyond to help schedule appts and answer questions. It was our good boy's time to go and West Hills Animal Hospital squeezed us in the same day and after a quality of life exam gave him the dignified sendoff that he deserved. A sad day but they took great care of us and of him.
