This post was written 2 years ago and nothing has changed. WHAH really cares about their pet patients and pet 'parents'. I was there yesterday with Claudius and the staff and doctors were as nice and helpful as ever with my dog and myself. Kudos to Liz who works in the front. She remembered I am allergic to cats and reminded me it would be better to wait outside when I picked up Claudius. That was a very helpful alert because I did not see cats in the waiting room and I unexpectedly would have had a reaction if she did ... read more
