My son and members his UCSB hockey team rented the El Nido location for 3 consecutive years until they graduated in 2019. The house was old, but in good repair and clean upon move-in. The were a few major repairs like new windows and flooring during tenancy which made the house even better. We had a $7000 security deposit that we wanted back. My interaction with Wolfe & Associates was a positive one overall. The last rental condominium I had lived in wasn't a Wolfe-managed property, but the mom-and-pop property manager utilized their maintenance services for his portfolio of rentals. Noticed my fridge was leaking water on a Tuesday afternoon, reached out to W&A, someone came the following day, and said that they were going to replace the fridge (it was still working just leaking), but had to order it so would be 2 days. I had an email the next day for an access request and the following day I had a new fridge! I came home from work and couldn't even tell any one had been in my place, besides having a new fridge, of course. Super fast, great service!

This is the best real estate management team. They are very responsive in terms of contracts maintenance and all necessary stuff. I am 4 years in Santa Barbara and I had 4 different real estate management teams out of all I strongly recommend Wolfe & Associates Property Services.

I just want to thank Wolfe and Associates, especially Colene. After 9 years of renting in the same house, the landlord wanted the house back. Anyone that has looked for rentals in Santa Barbara knows how challenging and stressful this can be . The prices for units are relatively cheaper than other property management companies. They are quick to answer and reply to different calls, and I found the workers to be quite nice.

My daughter, a student at UCSB rents a property managed by Wolfe and Associates. After a recent tenant call, the property manager found a water leak under the floor in the crawl space and as a father I was pleased that the property manager took immediate action by having a remediation contractor check for mold, having some internal dampness treated with Tilex (just in case), and scheduling to have carpeting removed and replaced (and subfloor if necessary) within a time frame conducive to the tenants who were finishing up fi... read more

I am a first time renter and was nervous about the prospect of not having control of my home. Wolf and Associates were helpful, friendly and attentive to my needs from my first response to their ad. Three months into the renting of my cottage they have surpassed my expectations by responding to the three issues I have presented.
