Have had a problem receiving email from (1) customer. In a matter of minutes Kayla asked a couple of questions, diagnosed the problem in my settings and remotely corrected the problem. Could not have been more knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Absolutely tickled pink with the service. Props to Zirrus too for using local employees for tech service and not farming it out as too many companies do.Â
