Shipping through FED EX is a nightmare. It took nearly two weeks to get package after it sat at a *** EX facility for days after supposedly being on a truck for delivery the day it arrived at the facility. Not necessarily a ZORO issue but perhaps another shipper could be considered in the future.

I ordered reading glasses. The price was good and the shipping time was a little long , but ok, however, the product was NOT as pictured. These were exactly what I DIDN'T want. Then the product was delivered to a nei9ighbor's house.I would NOT order from them again

ordered shipping boxes and the size were bigger by quarter of inch than expected which wasn't a deal breaker but the way they shipped them was. pack of 25 boxes taped together with a shipping label on the box directly, no plastic cover or wrapping leaving them exposed to the elements during shipping ( rain damage) plus once removing the tape pretty much destroyed 2 of boxes .I would recommend using nylon bands instead of taping the boxes together and then use a plastic bag / plastic wrap then apply shipping label to actually... read more

My credit card info was stolen and used to create a purchase with ****. I immediately called their customer service team and submitted a case and complaint. They stated the order would be cancelled. Instead, it was not cancelled and the thieves got their $1000 package. This company should take fraud more seriousness and should be ashamed of themselves.

I am a mechanical contractor. They will tell you it's in stock when you place the order. Shortly after days/hours, they will change ship dates and not give a reason. Stay clear if you dont want a run around from a internet parts distributor. **************** is horribly rude. They talked over me when trying to explain. Will not recommend them to anyone.

Zoro had a better price and quick shipping BUT!!! I received 1 out of a 4 pack ordered, 3 missing. The shipping box was big enough for all 4 and there was no packaging material, the item was bounced around inside the large shipping box and was scuffed and scraped. I called Support and they had no answer, said they would look into it, I've heard nothing since. Also, WHY do they put such a LARGE label on the items? Its so big and difficult to remove!

ZORO did not send **** tarps shown on the webpage that I ordered. Items did not have **** label/packaging, just shipped in plain plastic bag. Called customer service and they had no answer since item(s) were drop shipped from manufacturer. ZORO is following up but doesn't know what's going on or how long to resolve!

Great price for see-through parts organizers. However, they were delivered with huge labels stuck on each item, that were exceptionally difficult to remove.

I was able to locate the product that was somewhat difficult to find. The product that was delivered was terrible quality and the shipping opened and damaged the product during delivery. The confirmation of delivery picture actually shows the package ripped open on delivery.
