Shop elsewhere say time n money Ordered a few things, on the delivery date they cancelled my order, no explanation. Said they didn't charge my card an they clearly did. Call them they can't even find my order number. Pathetic service!

Worse experience from online purchase Purchased 2 box of 24 pocket size hand sanitize wipes, got my confirmation number, received confirmation email indicating my product will ship soon. 3 days later I received an email indicating order was canceled due to pandemic product and it was no longer available, all I can think is they knew demand has gone up and even when my order was already confirmed but they canceled it to sell the same with much higher prices, good example of price gouge. Bad shipping, worse customer service. Like receiving poorly shipped items that arrive broke n? Love spending hours trying to return items and actually getting to talk with someone in customer service? Then this company is for you! If you are busy like me, you don't have time to mess with stupidity like this. The item I received (unknowningly purchased from Zoro via the Walmart website) was damaged in shipping. They did not have product and did not issue a refund. This is a third party scam site. They did not have product, Did not return customer service emails. Did not give updates, No refund..

Drop order Order several items and payed through PayPal. Some how the order got dropped. Zoro blamed PayPal, PayPal blamed Zoro. Zoro said they did not get order from PayPal even tho I ORDER THROUGH ZORO and just paid with PayPal. If I reorder I will not get discount that was on the first order

Irresponsible & unprofessional. May change your order with no explanation. Wouldn't have believed a company would be so irresponsible if I hadn't experienced it myself. I ordered face masks for $48, as well as two $1 items to have a total price of $50 to qualify for free shipping. At the time, everything was running normally, everything was marked in stock, everything gave a shipping date within a couple of business days. I got my receipt and invoice for the order in my email. Do expect to receive what you ordered Zoro has to be some sham website. Ordered one small item three weeks ago and still have only received excuses. Canceled the order and wrote this review. Don't waste your time with them because they don't care. Waiting to see if I get me money back

False advertisement Their hassle free return is a BS, nowhere in the website, invoice or confirmation email says 30 days return is required, however the all 3 have in Bold capital letters HASSLE FREE RETURNS. For a $200 dollar outlet you would expect a better costumer service!
