What a bunch of chancers! Ordered some Brass bar and the site clearly states next day delivery on orders over £20. I waited for the delivery, got a no show from the delivery e-mail stating order date. I called and questioned where the order was?, to be told the stock was not even in, but they happily took my ££. Shows discount applied but doesn't actually discount what you pay. Tried to purchase a number of chairs for our office breakroom. The total was $974, but then a Wiki Coupon reduced it to an awesome $649. When I added the shipping address that added an additional $84 for shipping, but somehow the new total was $1,059? They obviously added the shipping price to the original total and even though it's showing a Discount credit of "-$324" it's obviously not actually taking that discount from the total amount due. Do not order from Zoro unless you don't care when it arrives Zoro might be fine but based on my experience and other reviews they are not timely. I placed an order last month and finally contacted Zoro because the item has not arrived. Zoro says the item has not even arrived at their facility and so obviously, they have not shipped it to me. They said maybe another 10 days.
Long long wait time, bad communication! Don't waste your time. Still haven't received my knee pads after two weeks. The tracking number doesn't work. I'm getting a bad feeling about this! If I'd have known it would take so long I would have gotten them elsewhere.
Service Ordered 3 drift guards and add said they would be delivered in 3-7 days. After 10 day I sent a message asking where they were. They replied following day and said they were being direct shipped from manufacturer. They would get me a ship date within 24 hrs. 72 hrs later they sent me a message that they would not be shipped for another 2 weeks. Everything is late, but it's not our fault, no we don't know who's fault it is or when it will ship Same story as many others. I was told something would ship in 7 business days, it's now been 14 business days and no one at Zoro can tell me when the product will ship, or even where the product is coming from. If your project has a deadline don't order from Zoro, shipping dates on the site are a fantasy.
Not truthful about backordered parts I ordered a selection of pulleys. I needed 4 of a specific type of pulley but only 3 were in stock. I called and the representative and she said the last pulley will ship in two or three days from another warehouse. Two days later I called and another representative said there are none in stock at any warehouse and the last pulley I need will ship in 4 weeks.So now I have to wait 4 weeks to build a project I thought I would be building in 4 days. Blaming UPS Only place I could find a specific part online that we needed for a repair. Called and explained we needed it Friday before Noon so the 3 oz. Valve was $45.00 to ship two day A.M. guaranteed. (NOTE This was Wed July 3rd Thursday being a Holiday). Assured that if we chose two day shipping we would receive Friday 10:30AM.
