Item arrived totally destroyed. Zoro wants to blame anybody except themselves. Dragging their feet getting this trash removed from my property and getting me refunded. Total scam. Terrible company. Never order from them and save yourself a ton of hassle.

Received wrong product. I was sent the default product from the website, not the option that I selected. I wanted Radians Cheaters Safety Glasses, Smoke, diopter 2.0 The website defaults to Radians Cheaters I/O, diopter 1.5. I clicked and checked 3 times on the Smoke, diopter 2.0 yet I received the default I/O, diopter 1.5. The final order page thanked me for my order but did not tell me what I ordered. I assumed the option I selected would be the product I would receive.

My items were not shipped inside a shipping box and they arrived mangled and barely usable. Maybe they should use the very same boxes and shipping supplies they sell to ship their own items with care?? Thought.

I have ordered on Zoro before because they provided great service, great products and at a great price. So last week I ordered shipping supplies --- corrugated shipping boxes. Today, 3 packages arrived. The 1st one was bubble-wrapped. The other 2 were packaged in oversized boxes that were taped poorly. The 2nd box looks like it was rolled down the block as it was coming apart, and the item inside was damaged. The 3rd box also had damaged product. I feel like I threw my money away.
