I have lived at Artesia Apts for the past several months. The manager Phil and his team are superb. They go out of their way to ensure they are true to the highest standards. Maintenance crew are top notch and very responsive to residents needs. It's a pleasure to be here..

This was one of the best moves I have experienced. From the time i went and did walk through of the model apartment to the time I moved in was great. Trisha along with Jonathan made the experience an easy one. They were very accommodating and welcoming.

We love living here. It has been a little bit of an adjustment since we had a fairly large home before, and this is our first apartment experience. This would have been the case no matter what apartment we would have moved to. That being said, I believe we could not have picked a better complex to be in. The property is very peaceful, calm, and clean. The grounds are kept very pristine. Having on site garages is also a big deal to us for storage. I've been living at Grand Palms for 6.5 yrs and during that time I've been unhappy with property managers and the services; however, I have always loved my apartment and the apartment complex. Within the last 6 months we have a new manager, Natalie St. Germain, and things have changed drastically since that time.I was dealing with a problem with the last management that lasted approx 6 months until Natalie came on, and within the first month it was diagnosed correctly and she had it fixed immediately.
