It was our first time in New Orleans, looking for an apartment for our loved one who is moving to the area soon. Tiana and Ashante were very knowledgeable and personable. They made the effort to get to know our family in the short time we were there touring the property. We had been looking at multiple complexes all day and when we got to Windmill Creek, Ashante and Tiana were so warm and friendly to us! They put all the others complexes to shame! The BEST maintenance tech we’ve ever had At Boardwalk, Tara S., had her last day at our property today. She was always prompt, friendly, concerned, caring, and Could literally fix ANYTHING that went wrong. She is amazing at what she does. Congrats on moving up in the company! We will miss you Tara.

This was one of the best moves I have experienced. From the time i went and did walk through of the model apartment to the time I moved in was great. Trisha along with Jonathan made the experience an easy one. They were very accommodating and welcoming.

We love living here. It has been a little bit of an adjustment since we had a fairly large home before, and this is our first apartment experience. This would have been the case no matter what apartment we would have moved to. That being said, I believe we could not have picked a better complex to be in. The property is very peaceful, calm, and clean. The grounds are kept very pristine. Having on site garages is also a big deal to us for storage.
