I live at Lost Bayou apartment in Metairie. There have been people in the pool recently who don't live in the apartments. They live in the townhouses/duplexes across the street. They are usually loud and yelling. They play loud music. I live on the 3rd floor and I can still hear a lot of the noise. I understand that it's hard to control who's in the pool especially during weekends when no one is in the office, but wanted to bring it to someone's attention.

First I saw another property by the people at Surf Rider. Wasn’t wild about the apartment. Thought that was it. A gentleman named Tre called me back to see how I liked the apartment and when I told him he suggested Park Oaks. A competitor, of sorts to him. After speaking with Tiara on the phone, she had me almost convinced this was where I wanted to be. Clearwater management and maintenance has been wonderful. Any minor maintenance issues we have raised with the complex have been addressed satisfactorily and in a timely manner. Even though the property seems to be undergoing some updating, the grounds are kept clean and accessible and noise is minimal. The office staff has been consistently professional and do their best to keep the property safe, clean, and welcoming. Very glad we chose Clearwater.

The installation of the new and fully functional kitchen blinds is fantastic. Y'all did a terrific job and they look great. Thank you so much. I know they will make a big difference in the temperature control in the kitchen since the new blinds have all the slats to keep out the cold/heat from outside! Again, thank you for a job well done. You guys are the best.

Tiana and Ashanté have made my experience at 1st Lake Properties a total pleasure. They’re response time is phenomenal. Any time I’ve had any maintenance issues, they’ve gone above and beyond to fix the problem. Definitely one of the best properties I’ve resided in and the best property managers by far.

I have resided at Palmetto since November. Besides the physical beauty of the grounds as well as the units, I chose this complex due to its proximity and access to living essentials. I have been completely happy with everything...management, office staff and maintenance staff. Any and all requests were handled immediately. Cindy, now at Park Oaks, Jennifer at Windmill Creek South, and Casey, at Whitewater Creek. We put in a work order, #9735926, for repair of a leak that appeared to be coming out of the exhaust fan in the second bedroom in our apartment M285. I initially was concerned that it was a roof leak, which would be difficult to find. Luis and Gene, the two people handling maintenance for Artesia, did a great job in figuring out what caused the leak, remedying the problem and then repainting the wall where the leak stain appeared.
