Nate is a quality employee. He has displayed patience, professionalism, and is consistently compliant with covid regulations. I feel confident in his ability to get matinance work done in a way that prioritizes the safety of my experience as a resident. Nate has been here for a few months, but there has been a water issue in my building for over a year and it finally looks to be resolved. I'm at 5802 building on cedar creek road. The office is very responsive and so are the maintenance men - they are a great crew! I really enjoyed using the pools each summer - the gentleman tending the pool is excellent and does a great job keeping it clean. The space in 2 BR 2 BA is very nice and both bathrooms worked well. While kitchen space is small the hallway closet provided good pantry space. notes: 1. Fun times are back at Frenchman’s Creek Apartments. This is such a great place to live. Now that everything is opening up again, the free outdoor concerts at one of the sports bars next door are happening on Sundays, weather permitting. The bands are excellent. You have many places you can walk to. There are two sports bars/grills, a pizza restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, a seafood restaurant, a snowball stand, and a new thrift store, not to mention the main Jefferson Parish Library. 5*****stars to Jor’Dan Watson the maintenance tech that was in my apartment! He was not only respectful, but when I arrived home, there was an orange door notice, hanging on my door which let me know that he was in my apartment. 2nd, he had his shoe covers on already! Thanks again!
