What an amazing property manager Rochelle Dufresne at Millstream apartments. My husband and I went in to see if they had any available units. Unfortunately they did not have anything available for our timeframe. Rochelle was so kind and informative she called other properties for us and took time to listen to our needs. I would have love to live at these properties just because of her. She was so helpful and nice. Which we really appreciate.

I have lived at The Lemon Tree for over 2 years. Recently I decided to move to Frenchman Creek Apartments. I wanted to stay with the same people I have had to give me great service. I have always enjoyed the service I get and Lavonne is always ready to help.

On Thanksgiving evening, around 11:00PM, I drove in passed the guardhouse and Jeff was on duty. I had been driving on a flat tire for the past 5 miles and my car and tire was making a very loud noise. I pulled into my apartment parking lot, which is across from the guardhouse, and Jeff came over to see if I was alright after he heard the noise. I know I live in a an area prone to criminal activity, but I thought you should be aware of the vagrants and constant drug activity within this community. I lived in a studio at Falling Water this summer (2018). I loved my experience there. Number one, I felt safe. Number two, Dawn and Marty are fabulous to work with. They are available, friendly, honest, and helpful. As a daytime sleeper, I found the complex to be quiet. Having been a home owner for over 25 years, living there made me rethink future retirement plans! I would recommend this complex if you are looking for home.

Nicco has helped me twice with my maintenance requests. He fixed my ice maker and replaced a window blind. He is always courteous and pleasant, efficient and cooperative. My maintenance requests are always handeled in a timely way...someone from the office calls me within a half an hour of receipt of my request. The maintenance person appears at the door within the hour of my request. Easy, peasy. I love living here!
