I've been living at Grand Palms for 6.5 yrs and during that time I've been unhappy with property managers and the services; however, I have always loved my apartment and the apartment complex. Just moved into towne bridge on January 19 and everything was amazing!!!!! Management(Shawnell) was amazing!! Super friendly and welcomed us with a smile!!!

I've been living at the Grand Palms for 1.5 years. I signing my second lease tomorrow to stay for another 1.5 years. When I first moved in the management was honestly, sub-par. Repairs were shotty and response times were slow. Recently, Natalie and Monchell have taken over the property. They have made big changes already. I reported a repair on Tuesday, by the end of the day the initial repair was done and a ticket was left on my kitchen table letting me know a maintenance member had been in my home. When I first moved here this was all I was able to afford as a divorced parent and my apartment was full of problems that I thought would never get fixed. Under the new management (namely Natalie) she has gotten everything fixed and/or replaced and overall the complex has become a very peaceful and homely place so much so I extended me lease.

At the time of doing all the paper work everyone was very professional and lots of smiles. Every time I step into the the office i am greeted with a friendly hello and people ready to help. The grounds are always clean and well taken care of.

Had a serious problem during the holidays with the apartment,was not happy. But I must say,once Cindy and Ashley returned to the office following the holidays they attacked the problems with precise precision and made us feel exceptional of the work they put in the apartment. We really appreciate it!! Great staff!

I lived in a watery soaked carpet apartment for nearly a week, however the maintenance finally stepped in to shut off the leaking/ flooding water, clean up the water and change ruined carpet and drywall. The ceilings, walls and carpets in multiple spaces will be replaced. Of course, my family is expected to live alongside this contamination cleanup. Im disappointed overall, but at least the minimum is being done.

What an amazing property manager Rochelle Dufresne at Millstream apartments. My husband and I went in to see if they had any available units. Unfortunately they did not have anything available for our timeframe. Rochelle was so kind and informative she called other properties for us and took time to listen to our needs. I would have love to live at these properties just because of her. She was so helpful and nice. Which we really appreciate.
