I have been VERY pleased with the professionalism and the attention of the staff. Everyone is courteous, helpful and friendly. I submitted a maintenance request and it was completed within the first day.

I have lived at Lost Bayou for one year and I was trying to renew my lease. My leasing agent, Noelle, was not in the office last week. I called and spoke with a gentleman who was terribly difficult. My co signer had not received the email and I called today to request, for the third time, that it be resent. To my absolute delight, Noelle was back today. It was our first time in New Orleans, looking for an apartment for our loved one who is moving to the area soon. Tiana and Ashante were very knowledgeable and personable. They made the effort to get to know our family in the short time we were there touring the property. The BEST maintenance tech we’ve ever had At Boardwalk, Tara S., had her last day at our property today. She was always prompt, friendly, concerned, caring, and Could literally fix ANYTHING that went wrong. She is amazing at what she does. Congrats on moving up in the company! We will miss you Tara.
