I am just making my bi-annual appeal to address the speeding through Sawmill Creek Apartments. There is a long stretch between sets of speed bumps that people treat like a drag strip. Sunday night there was a guy in black and red SUV that easily was going through here at 45-50 mph. I am not asking a lot just 2 more sets of speed bumps in the stretch in front of building 11 would make a ton of difference. Also, a crackdown on people not parking within parking spots would be great.
I have been here since 2011. The office and maintenance staff are extremely helpful and very pleasant. They make you feel you are the most important tenant when you have an issue. Issues get addressed in a timely manner and always with a smile. The grounds are always kept very neat and clean. When something is out of the ordinary, a simple phone call is all it takes to make it right. I feel extremely safe at all times especially since the cameras were installed in the parking lots. I have been VERY pleased with the professionalism and the attention of the staff. Everyone is courteous, helpful and friendly. I submitted a maintenance request and it was completed within the first day.
Dwayne with maintenance performed excellent work. The overall service was excellent.

I have lived at Lost Bayou for one year and I was trying to renew my lease. My leasing agent, Noelle, was not in the office last week. I called and spoke with a gentleman who was terribly difficult. My co signer had not received the email and I called today to request, for the third time, that it be resent. To my absolute delight, Noelle was back today. We spoke for a few minutes and she found the problem. An extra letter was added to my co signer's email address and Noelle immediately corrected it. What I had been fighting ... read more
I needed my dryer fixed and the gentleman that fixed it was great. He worked straight through until it was completely fixed.
Well me and my kids been living at wind mill north and we love to swim. The groundskeeper been doing a great keeping the pool area clean and pool looking great.
Well me and my girlfriend stay at wind mill north creek apts. Had a problem with my a.c! This nice young tech name johnell or jonell can in very polite n respectful and got it done very fast and explain what was going on with my unit. Thanks
