I am writing this letter bc of how impressed I am with one of your (1st Lake's) employees. I currently reside at Audubon Gates in Slidell. I grew up in Slidell so I am very familiar with the area. Before 1st Lake purchased the Audubon Gates property it was nothing short of neglected, to say the least. The new maintenance man was very punctual and courteous. I am so glad to see a new face to this property. My toilet was down for a few, now it should be good. Thank you for attending to this work order as soon as you did. Like I stated earlier, very glad to see such a great person on the maintenance crew. It's a great improvement!!!

We resided at Parktowne for 18 months. The manger was excellent. Any request was made promptly, whether related to the property or a personal need. The property is well maintained. The maintenance staff was courteous and reliable.

Magnolia creek is a great complex, friendly neighborhood and management makes sure the complex is clean and in good order, if something ever breaks they are quick to fix it

Great place to live, fantastic staff, well kept pool and grounds. If ANYTHING goes wrong it is dealt with immediately. Couldn't fault Parktowne at all, love it here.
