This pandemic has been complex on everyone. Stressful times, hurricane scares and power outages. The team at Oak creek have been nothing short of amazing! From the office staff (Noelle and Haley) warm tones and great communication skills via phone and/or email, to the outstanding speedy maintenance request completed by Mike, and outstanding cleanliness by Anthony. It is with a dejavu feeling to see Dawn leave us as our manager! Although, I wish here a deserved time to enjoy her personal life, after so many years of service. .I had a leaky bathtub faucet and the maintenance was done quickly, cleanly and expertly, as usual. I say that because I have never been disappointed in any maintenance work I have had done in the seven and a half (7 1/2) years that I have been at Sawmill Creek. You really do have a superior maintenance team. Thank you.

Since moving into my apartment 3702 # 102 on July 12th 2020 I have had numerous maintenance issues including carpet flooding due to HVAC condensation drain line backing up on the 2nd floor for a duration of few weeks or longer. It has been a pleasure have Ms. Candice working for Sawmill Creeks. She go above and beyond to make sure the tenants is satisfied. When I call for maintenance. It doesn't take weeks at a time. She do follow-up calls to make sure it was done. She handle all my call professional and she is very passionate and patient. I hope that she is appreciated by the company. The tour was nice, I love the apartment. However the noise outside my window and the countless slams of the side gate is super annoying. Talk about no regard for people who are sleeping. It seems that the same people walking in and out all night are the ones asleep during the day. Because the complex is pretty quiet throughout the day. Plus for the amount I'm paying I don't to believe I should be cleaning up after the mess that is often left in the corridor.
