5*****stars to Jor’Dan Watson the maintenance tech that was in my apartment! He was not only respectful, but when I arrived home, there was an orange door notice, hanging on my door which let me know that he was in my apartment. 2nd, he had his shoe covers on already! Thanks again!

I've been here since the end of June I love my apartment I love my neighbors but the past month someone and I don't know what apartment it's coming from has been putting the loud bass onto the music and it vibrates under my feet after a while it gets to my head it makes for a very horrible weekend because they only do it when I can't call anyone to complain. I'm in building D...AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE IT'S COMING FROM. It said to say but it angers me. just when I come home and I want to relax I got to listen to someone else's choice of music it's not my choice of music why am I subjected to this every after hours and weekends?

This pandemic has been complex on everyone. Stressful times, hurricane scares and power outages. The team at Oak creek have been nothing short of amazing! From the office staff (Noelle and Haley) warm tones and great communication skills via phone and/or email, to the outstanding speedy maintenance request completed by Mike, and outstanding cleanliness by Anthony. I moved here at Frenchman creek in April and it’s honestly such a great place to stay. Whenever somethings broken they have it fixed as soon as possible. And the communication is always great if I have questions or need help with something in my apartment.
