Mr. Dwayne Poche finally repaired my smelly tub surround. His work was neatly and professionally done. I believe this problem is finally repaired after trying to a resolution for a year.

Hi, I was having problems with the air conditioning in my apartment which made my home feel unbearable. This also caused higher electricity bills. Charles (AC Technician) worked extremely hard to find the issue and correct it. He went above and beyond to ensure my home was cooling appropriately. He also checked in to make sure my home was still a comfortable temperature while working in Louisiana heat himself. Charles is definitely an asset to Severn Pointe Apartments.

This place has been great and the service by the employees is exceptional. Skye in particular is amazing and really made me feel welcome. If I ever have any questions, she is right there to help me out. All in all, a great place to live.

Dear Office Staff; Sunday morning I opened my freezer door and it came off, so did my refrigerator door and dropped to the floor. Wow, so I called emer number and the nice lady on the phone answered my call. She said she would call Steve right away to check it out. Steve called me, asked what happened, I told him and he came over very promptly. He was so very nice and knew how to fix everything!
