After my apartment flooded, Phyllis arranged for the extraction crew, wall repair people and recarpeting in record time. The flood happened on a Sunday and everything was complete by Friday. Aaron was especially helpful in moving things for me since I am mobility impaired and needed help. Thank you Phyllis and Aaron. Louis and the extraction team were wonderful too!

After living in Our apartment in Audubon Gates for 4 months, and experiencing so many problems, with AC, and roof leaking. We were so grateful that KAREN came to be our new Apartment Manager. As soon as she is told of a problem, she will immediately make sure that it is fixed. She is a great manager, and really does care about the residents.

When I think of moving to a new apartment I generally am looking for the things that will make life in my new place most pleasant. With all the decisions there are to be made, it is easy to overlook the impact that management can have on one's day to day living experience. Harper's Ferry is hands down the best complex I've ever lived in. It's so clean and well kept, the staff goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet, safe and friendly place to live.

A work order was serviced by Ed and he was very Professional and seriously concerned about resolving the issue. He made several trips to his warehouse to make sure he was able to fix the problem. I am also impressed with Makala who works in the office. She has a beautiful personality when answering the phone and in person.

Ledell knows i work nights and does everything he can to make sure any maintenance is done in the afternoon. Today he came in and replaced my blinds in the living room, polite and professional as always. Love having him as my maintenance man.

I would like to strongly recognize Chris and Crey who are specialist with air conditioning at first lake. Chris and Crey were here bright and early to replace some parts in the air conditioning unit. They are very professional and knowledgeable and an asset to your company. And as always,Gay in the office is the best. Please recognize them for the great jobs they do !

I am just making my bi-annual appeal to address the speeding through Sawmill Creek Apartments. There is a long stretch between sets of speed bumps that people treat like a drag strip. Sunday night there was a guy in black and red SUV that easily was going through here at 45-50 mph. I am not asking a lot just 2 more sets of speed bumps in the stretch in front of building 11 would make a ton of difference. Also, a crackdown on people not parking within parking spots would be great.

I have been here since 2011. The office and maintenance staff are extremely helpful and very pleasant. They make you feel you are the most important tenant when you have an issue. Issues get addressed in a timely manner and always with a smile. The grounds are always kept very neat and clean. When something is out of the ordinary, a simple phone call is all it takes to make it right. I feel extremely safe at all times especially since the cameras were installed in the parking lots.
