Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Apartment interiors are showing their age, popcorn ceilings, no hardwood floors, rent is high. Overall, comfortable and roomy.

All 1st Lake Properties employees at the Flowergate do a Fabulous job from the Office Staff to the Maintenance Department. The grounds are well kept. The upgrade of the parking lot is coming along nicely. If I have a maintenance problem in my apartment, I call the Office and they contact maintenance to fix the problem. I never had to wait long for maintenance. The Flowergate is a nice place to live.

You will be treated like 2nd class citizens. The outside lights on the property not working? So what. You have been without power for 16hrs because nobody from maintenance will come to unlock the power box to flip the switch? Too bad. The 24 hr emergency maintenance line is a message service. No one will respond. The "emergency" message will only be addressed during normal business hours. I still am dealing with trauma from my experience living here. Hurricane Ida caused a hole in the roof which they refused to fix. Every time it rained water poured into my home. All they did was give me a bucket. They wouldn't give me another apt, they wouldn't fix the hole, they wouldn't reduce my rent, and they threatened me with eviction when I threatened to withhold rent until they fixed the problem.
