I have been waiting four days for a response to a maintenance request. Loss of power qualifies as an emergency and because access to my power meter is wide open I lose power several times a week because vandals keep flipping the breaker. I wonder who do I call when my disabled mother-in-law falls and gets hurts because the power is turned off without warning.
Apartment is not worth $900 plus. Old fashioned and refrigerator small. Mold in bathroom that grows.
Not satisfied with the living conditions I’ve endured for the last few months. Apartment complex does not follow up properly with request and they half ass do the job if they even do the work order.
Haven’t heard from anyone yet about my apartment being infested with roaches
Tenants UPSTAIRS. with dogs are constantly leaving feces in the front walkway of Building 19 101 and 19 102 area.Its really unfair and deeply disrespectful.We don't even have pets downstairs so its the upstairs people that you should have on file who have pets who are doing this.Can you please address this with them? Thank you
Yaileen (I believe that was her name) the property manager at Willowood was very difficult to work with. She took on a rude tone from the beginning of the conversation. We were facing a unique situation and instead of being helpful and kind in the processes, she was very short with me. I would recommend hiring someone more professional and willing to find solutions for customers' problems.
I actually lived it until my experience since hurricane Ida. I understand that repairs take time, but it has been several months. Roof has been repaired, but only sloped parts. Flat roof still leaks. Every time it rains, it actually rains in my kitchen! Unable to use kitchen. Oven soaked, not safe. Mold growing in cabinets and wall. Ceiling material removed, so electric usage increased. No end in sight! And no concessions in rent. Really?!!
On Dec 29 raised a complaint with the leasing office about the water leak from the roof no action has been taken to date. Visited the leasing office twice till today no proper response from the leasing office staff Requested a temporary fix to cover the roof leaking area with a cover or keep a vessel at the place but they don't even care to help and answer we don't have enough staff to do that when I offered help to do that but she replies I should not do that Its been 20 days She doesn't provide any update on when the repa... read more
My husband and I were trying to qualify for a mortgage loan and two of the bureaus are not providing a score, I have purchased things with credit off and on for the past 5 years so I suspect that somehow they have mixed up with someone else.
