Grounds are unsanitary covered in dog poop ! While some pet owners are responsible others are not. You can’t walk your dogs at night without stepping in dog poop bombs. You need a flashlight to avoid them especially along the hurricane fence line, in the back by the water fountain and in the dog park. There are not enough poop disposal stations at the property given it’s size and three story apartments.. Prior to moving in to my current apartment, this company did not make me aware of my apartment having water damage/issues every time there is a heavy downpour of rain. Since the Hurricane Ida no one has come to fix the apartments in my building that received water damage internally. There is now a high sighting of vermin in my apartment due to the incomplete repairs with the apartment above me.
This place has to be the worst apartment complex I have ever stayed at !!!! I have been having a leak in my apartment for a month now and still hasn’t been fixed , I called about my dryer weeks ago and it is still not fixed , I cannot use my dishwasher because they believe that the leak is coming from there ? They provided me with a unit to use the dryer from the dec.13-22nd. On the last day I went to get the rest of my clothes out of the units dryer and MY CLOTHES ARE NOT THERE!!! They have no idea where they could of gone... read more

When I moved in just 3 months ago the Property Manager and staff were nice, caring and professional. They made my transition from another 1st lake property after Hurricane Ida quick and easy. They were candid about some of the things wrong with the apartment like a leak in the master bath , missing shelves , bulbs and a wiring issue in the kitchen which they assured was documented and would be taken care of. The leasing against are full of BS, something is always broke & it takes them weeks if not months to fix something, the water is off for hours at a time with no warning or anything among other things. RUN AWAY FROM THE REGENCY CLUB
I only been living here for about 4 months now and I can not wait until my lease is up. There has been a lot of maintenance issues but the communication is even worst! There was recently an issue where a maintenance man came into my apartment for a plumbing issue.
