Already posted on Google, but since they wanna hide the bad reviews on here: 1st lake in general sucks, but this is about the Crossings specifically If you're looking for a gated community, look elsewhere. I was told on my initial tour that the walking gates were unlocked due to COVID rules and would be locked again soon. Here we are a year and some change later and the gates have been locked for a total of maybe 1 week the whole time. The driving gates are always broken or just left open. There's never anywhere to park sin... read more
I moved into 2100 Sawmill Rd# Apt 13-203 on September 1, 2022, at which time I requested and was denied a physical walkthrough of the property with the leasing agent. The Leasing agent informed me that it is 1st Lake's policy not to perform a walkthrough with the tenant. The agent then provided me with a move-in checklist to complete within 72 hours. I finished and returned the Checklist on September 2 within 24 hours. Unfortunately, management did not remediate any issues on the Checklist. On January 15, I emailed 1st Lake... read more
The whole company treats residents like second-class citizens. the safety of the residents is not a priority. The staff is rude, combative, and don't like to be called out on their lies. We are forced to live in an environment that they themselves would not. I would rather live in a box under the interstate than continue living here. The reason for the 18month lease is to trap you in an unsafe enviornment.
I stay in one of your property I’ve only been here six months when I moved I’m my apartment wast ready to move in had water damage from ida. The damage has gotten worse and all I’m being told is that I can move with no penalties I think this is so wrong they are not even trying to. Accommodate me and I haven even been here that long so disappointment I asked for so much to try and stay in my apartment but I was shut down everything I as was there another unit they say no I asked well if I have to stay in these condition. ... read more
When I first moved in it seemed nice. Aside from things always breaking, and being of low quality, it was liveable and things were typically taken care of quickly. But ever since the storm things have been horrid. I feel as though I'm living in some lower side projects where no one cares about your living conditions. We used to have 2 maintenance men, now we have none at all. It takes weeks before someone Will even come out and the staff is absolutely atrocious. I've never had people be so rude and disrespectful before. The ... read more
Way overpriced would be the first thought that comes to mind when describing Bella Ridge. That assessment is based mostly on convenience or lack of more accurately. Being there is no garbage caddy and there are only 3 dumpsters in the entire complex its gets very tiring having to transport garbage in my vehicle or walk it across the entire complex. Its 30 minutes from the city. There is almost no natural lighting (my entire apartment only has 4 windows so buy lamps). I was told even if I dont have a pet, simply having one ... read more
Lisa is very rude, and unprofessional. From the day we came. Alexis before her was way better and handled things professionally. She will talk to you like a kid any chance you get
This company is disgusting. They don’t care about the residents. The Creeks are all old and raggedy and overpriced!
I was charged a $50 late fee today for submitting my rent after 3 p.m. on the 3rd. I have submitted my rent after 3 p.m. for years on the 3rd of the month and never been assessed a late fee. Also I can not find anywhere in Lake Towers rental policy where 3 p.m. on the 3rd is the deadline, and that a $50 fee will be assessed. Please advise
