This is the worse complex I’ve ever lived in!!! The staff is trash and don’t care about no one. The company 1st lake will destroy your credit for their convenience. Beware if living there during hurricane session!! They neglect the units and make you pay when you can’t live there after they have been damaged by natural causes. I will tell everyone who ask if living here is good because IT IS NOT!!!
I found several good reviews about XAP CREDIT SOLUTION on different blogs and sites. Initially, I was pessimistic but out of determination and curiosity, I emailed X A P C R E D I T S O LU T I O N @ G M A I L . C O M. They explained the process and everything needed to fix my credit. My FICO now is 795, they cleared all the negative items on my report, the eviction and judgement weren’t left out and XAP also added great tradelines to my report. Worst management ever, had walls and ceiling torn down and they left drywall flakes all over carpet, complained to management and they had the nerve to tell me to clean up their mess took 6 weeks for anything to happen, then cleaning was half assed. Dryer now not working, been over 2 weeks now

I am extremely disappointed in the way the issues in my parents’ apartment (Shadows in Jefferson) have been handled since even before hurricane Ida. They had water damage to their bedroom ceiling and wall and had been complaining for months before Hurricane Ida even happened. After the hurricane, the damage became even more extensive and people came and cut out the damaged sheet rock and left everything underneath exposed. This is the worst place I have ever lived. I think a tent under an I-10 over pass would keep the rain out better. Hurricane Ida was 4+ months ago, and my roof is still leaking!!!! I'm not sure if its incompetence or apathy, but "liability for death or dismemberment" is hopefully in your insurance policy. I'm not an engineer with legal knowledge or anything, but I'm pretty sure nails rust, wood rots, and termites feast when there is 50+ gallons of water entering a structure while I'm out of town for just two weeks...
I'm currently staying at Windmill Creek Apartments, South as of 1/1/ 2022. My bestfriend and i have been staying here for three years now, going on four come February. Overall our experience have been great besides the obvious outdated appliances that keeps breaking and hard to clean. What im writing to you about is my concern about the trash on the south side dumpster.
