Hi I recently had an apartment in there but could not move in due to hurricane Ida and I requested for my deposit back it took them well over three months to give me my deposit back the lady Lorie in the office that runs the apartments in Kenner is so disrespectful and very rude she is someone that should not be working for anyone God does not like ugly what goes around comes around

I have written numerous letters asking that my tub be repaired it is chipping at the bottom of the tub, and there is a slow leak when I run the bath. I have written numerous letter and so far no one has came, I have decided to leave the apt complex called Grand Palms as where I am currently residing now. To some where else where they actually fix things in the apt when their occupants ask nicely over so many times. Very unhappy. Since I moved in and have a problem with roaches. I asked several times and it is still an on going issue. It's really frustrating on top of that it is a health hazard in view of all the pesticide used.

I live in Oak Creek Apartments in the Creeks in building A.I have asked twice to have AC Unit vibration Pads replaced since 3 AC units sit on my roof above my kitchen and makes horrendous noise WHICH KEEPS ME AWAKE at night and is affecting my health adversely. The remedy is quite simple to have someone go up on the rook and put the pads under the AC units again since the idiotic roofers did not replace them when they were supposedly doing work on the roof. You have not addressed maintenance needs. My apartment still does not have working smoke detectors. My dryer has not worked since mid-September despite numerous maintenance requests.
No communication on when they refund a payment after it’s been approved which they put an eviction notice and wanted me to pay extra because they never contacted me. I’m talking to my lawyer about this. Also trying to charge me a fee from someone breaking in my apartment and the police gave an item number for that incident the same day to give them.
