My apartment been damaged since we moved, supposedly you pay a little bit more to be more comfortable and nicer but it has always been trouble for everything starting form the day we moved in we had to deep clean the apartment because it was a mess, they charge us for days that I wasn’t able to live there because the apartment wasn’t even ready yet and when we moved in wasn’t ready either. Always have leaks, the roof is is terrible conditions, there’s mold, and the only thing they do is “temp repairs” they can never fix it. ... read more

I have not been able to get any information about whether I have damage and/or power at my apartment for two weeks since Ida. Today is Friday 9/10 and the latest update from 1st Lake is from 9/7. My decision on when to return from the evacuation depends on if there’s power and damage.

I understand that Hurricane Ida has disrupted things. I have considerable damage from the storm. My master bathroom ceiling collapsed. I have heard NOTHING from the office and have left multiple messages and emailed as well. I simply need to know if my apartment is habitable. I don't think that is too much to ask. Hurricane Ida occurred August 29 and it is now September 10. The lack of communication is unacceptable in every way. I would like to be called, texted, emailed..... SOMETHING! I'm not sure if power will be turned b... read more

I’ve stayed at Springbrook for about 3 years. The first 2 years were peaceful, pool opened regularly, professional staff, nobody hanging out. Now they must have new staff and they must let anybody move in. People are in the parking lot barbecuing, loud music, pool is never clean/open, staff is very ghetto/ unprofessional, the maintenance men never fix anything. My air conditioner went out about a year ago and they never fixed it correctly and it went out again about a week ago and sill nobody has fixed it. I reported my air ... read more

I am a current resident living in an apartment that is 80 degrees at night. I have went to maintenance several times. Everyone tells me to run the fans, keep the shades closed, and the temperature will go down. Still no relief. Awful for paying residents
